DOC and I served at the same time ( Jul 69-Jul 70) with First Team in VN as Bn Cdrs. In addition to being an outstanding physician, he was a fearless leader who instilled confidence of all those in his unit. He will be missed.

The McNaney Family: Colonel McNaney was a very "colorful" person, always the center of attention, a position which he had earned. Thank you for sharing your dad with us at Darnall and with the First Calvary Division. My sincerest sympathy.
