sorry to hear of your loss take care
I will always have fond memories of Aunt June visiting my Mom, Audrey, in Winnipeg, and when we visited her in Toronto. I also remember the big trip to England with Aunt June and my Mom. Laughter was a big part of those trips.
An aunt that had a heart of gold. I had a second home in Toronto and many fond memories of my time with June and Chris.
I will miss you and not forget you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Dear Leslie and Shirley:

When I think of my Aunt June it's the memory of her large, warm brown eyes that comes to me first: her eyes and that wonderful throaty laugh of hers. And though Aunt June liked to laugh she could make some sharp witty comments at times. (I can easily imagine what she said about the garage sale bargain hunters.) I loved hearing her and her sister - my mother Cora - talk about by-gone days, complain about work and share a few laughs together.

Going to see Aunt June, Uncle Chris and my cousin Phil was always a treat. There weren't many of the the Fisher clan living in Toronto. Aunt June always welcomed my brother Cordell and me with lots of cookies, candies and smiles. She created a warm and elegant home where her beloved poodles and musical instruments seemed very exotic to me as a child. Oh how Aunt June did love her electric organs! If memory serves me well she had several of them and she could play them all. One of the highlights of our visits with Aunt June was watching the home movies that she and Chris loved to make. They helped knit the family ties.

I offer my sincerest condolences to Leslie and Shirley and my Aunt's extended family. Although I am very saddened at losing June I take heart in knowing that she had the support, company and kindness of her very loving family. It is equally comforting to know that June left us peacefully.
Our thoughts are with my cousin Les and his family and with cousin Elaine and Chris at this time. You all meant so much to Aunt June and you all cared deeply for her. She was the last living member of my Fisher Aunts and Uncles and her passing will leave a large void . She was always very kind and caring towards me and I have many precious memories of our times together and of our many phone conversations over the years. She will be missed.
