What a difference between the President of an airline standing in front of a Las Vegas reception, who calls his Manager USA, and asks him to do the check-in for him, and Mr. Ken Edwards, who comes to our Glendale store for a purchase, and grabs a number, like any other customer, and silently waits for his turn. That's what I call greatness. My condolonces to his family. Vahe Mekhitarian/Glendale Store.
