Dear Kathryn & Ron,
My heart and prayers are with you and will be for years to come. I've known Laura for over 20 years and we became such good friends. She had a soul that radiated happiness, encouragement, strength, and love. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She always spoke so highly and lovingly of you both. She was so proud of you! During the last few years, we shared lunch at least once a month with stories of family, work, and life in general! Her hearty and sincere laugh were contagious to all she knew. I still hear it. As I think of her, I will remember those that she loved the most and keep you all in my prayers! May God Bless You and Keep You, until you all meet again!
With Love & Prayers,

I just heard about your passing this afternoon. I am still in shock and so sad that we hadn't spoken in months. I thought about you recently while passing through Cambria and I remembered going there and to Pismo with you and Kathryn. I can't stop thinking about her. I'll never forget the first time I met you both at Olive Knolls. I couldn't wait for Kathryn to be in my class. There are no words for me to express the impact you had on my life. You were a wonderful example of a strong and independent woman. I'm so thankful that I had the opportunity to know you and have you as a friend. My heart hurts for your family. They will all be in my prayers. I will always remember you and your bright red lipstick. May you rest in peace.
I did not know you very long but I do remember the first time we met at physical therapy in the pool. When I first saw you I thought " wow, she looks good. I wonder if she would be interested in Mary Kay...." I later found out that you were working your business with fire! You helped encourage me to keep working toward my goal in my business and have fun! It was a pleasure to know you the short time I did. God bless your family in this time and give them comfort and peace.
I was so sad to hear the news. Laura was a friend for many years as she was my contact at the company she was at and she was such a joy to deal with. She always found a way to make me laugh and that was one of her gifts, to make people smile and laugh. I will miss her..

Laura, I first met you at my door step about 5 years ago. We were all learning how to make tamales and you brought such brightness and joy to the day. We keep talking about planning a candy making day at your house and never did. It was such a joy to continue to get to know you through the county and I looked forward to running into you and receiving your warm hugs, you calling me sweety and talking about Mary Kay.LOL.. I remember how giddy you were when you talked about your then fiancé, and how in love you were with your daughter. You loved life and I know that your home to brighten the heavens! If only we could all have such a positive spirit and smile as you did. I will truly miss you. My prayers go out to your family from mine.

I met Laura at as jobfair, she gave me her card and said "call me, ill help you find a job". Who would of known that we would become co-workers for aprox 5 years. Laura was a great person and friend, always with a smile. My prayer goes out to her daughter, husband and family. RIP Laura you will be missed.
How shocked and sad I am that I won't run into Laura anymore. I met her through Longaberger baskets 15 or more years ago. She was always at the front of the booth to meet people and sell her heart out. She was one of the smartest and most driven women I have ever met, she just plowed forward through any challenge and a good friend. It was so nice to see her so thoroughly happy when I would run into her these last few years, She was so happy to have the gift of a daughter, so happy to have Ron, and so happy to have her Mary K career. I will never forget the day she called to tell us she was going to have a baby, she was soo happy! Her big smile and loud, warm greeting will sorely be missed!

Dear Kathryn, Ron and Smokey:
Mere words cannot express to you my shock and sorrow at Laura's sudden passing. Please know of my love for her and of my gratitude for her devoted friendship.
Laura was gifted with many blessings--her beauty (both inside and out), her brilliant mind, her sterling character, and her huge, sparkling personality. Sadly for us all, she was not blessed with the gift of years.
I will cherish memories of Laura and will miss her forever. Prayers to you all in the coming days ahead...
I met Laura over a year ago at County Personnel. She's the kind of person you immediately feel like you've known for ages. She is open, warm and sincere. I was fortunate to get to know her over this past year, sharing stories and laughing at... well... everything. She spoke often of her family and her lovely daughter. I will miss her.
It was with sadness when I learned of Laura's unexpected death. She has been an acquaintance of mine for several years. First with Career Services Center, Rain for Rent, Kern County, and as a Mary Kay helper. My prayer for her daughter and husband and family. I'm so sorry that her young life ended.
