Andersons, we are so sorry to hear of Rena's passing. We loved her. Our heartfelt thot's are with you. Carol King, Cindy Franklin, Cheryl and Brian Garretson..
Every time I think of you I always go back to the memory of Crystal and I strutting around in your wedding dress, and ALWAYS wishing we could play with your nice barbies. I love you and will miss you incredibly but Im thankful to know that you are at peace now and able to be with Grandma Edna and Crystal. For as long as I remember you've been there, and no matter what was going on, you faced it with a smile. Smiling for you now Grandma.
(I Was There)
I was there in your infancy
When you were oh so small
I watched you grow all through the years
You'd run and sometimes fall
I was there through your growing pains
The good times and the bad
I was there through your happy days
And I was there in the sad
I stood by you when you said, “I do”
When you first wedded your spouse
I was there on the day you gave birth
A family entered your house
And I watched o'er you as you grew old
Your young with families their own
And I was with you the day you grew sick
I was calling you home
And I'm still there, Rena, by your side
Holding your hand in Mine
I'm here with you through eternity
My arms held open now wide
Forever more I will be with you
As I was from the start
I never left, held you always close
As you are in every heart
Yes, you live in all their hearts
(You will be missed, but not forgotten)
Ken, Debbie, Cindy and Cherie . . . I am so sorry to hear about "Auntie" Rena. My mom called me to tell me the sad news. You are in my prayers. I am so many fond memories with her and your family - losing my first tooth staying the night at your house in Evergreen Shores, riding the horses bareback. Falling off the horses (ok that was just me). Our families camping together. Lots of love!!!
Ken, Pearl, Debbie, Cherie and Cindy, and families,
Our thoughts are with you through these sad times. We will all miss Rena. She enjoyed life to the fullest, and was always smiling and joyful. Our reunions will be noticably short of that "Rena" smile. I had hoped to be with you all on Saturday, but a bug ( flu ) changed that for me. Ken, Debbie, Cindy, Cherie, Pearl & families - My heart and thoughts are with you and your families. Rena's smile, laugh and positive thinking will be sadly missed. She was a joy to be with and an inspiration to us all. We had many "Hamilton" gatherings at Grandmas - visiting, singing and laughing with lots of music. I fondly remember the "road trips" her and Auntie Edna would make to Victoria to visit Mom and Dad. We always had fun and lots of laughs whenever we got together throughout the years. Her bubbly personality and love will be sadly missed, but she will be forever in our hearts. Marilyn Sjostrom and family, Victoria BC
I have many loving memories of Rena. Borden and I used to go down to visit Edna and Chuck at least once a year and spend a week or two. During that time we always spent a day at Rena and Kens. She would invite the whole family in for dinner and we'd have a great visit. She also could find the best Garage Sales and would pick Edna and I up and spend the day looking around. I loved her dearly and will miss her very much. My travelling days are over or I would be going down with Marilyn and Wayne. My thoughts are with Ken, Debbie, Cindy, Cherie and Pearl and their families. Love Ruth Hamilton, Victoria BC

Dearest Kenny & family;
We are so deeply sorrowed by your early loss of Rena, we had loved the years of enjoyment that we shared together when you still lived here in the Puget Sound Area and missed you badly when you moved to Electric City. We had so much fun at the various family reunions & picnics and the many small family get together's at Mom & Dad's house with the huge dinners.
I remember the enjoyment of helping Rena with her studies to become an American Citizen, while you lived at my parent's home in Bremerton, WA for short period of time. We'll miss Rena greatly.
My Sincerest Condolances, to the Anderson Family and to Pearls's(Madden's Family) Heaven has received an Angel! Rena was such a joy to be with, enjoyed her family stories & adventures, and I really enjoyed Rena's last visit here in Victoria at the infamous beer tasting!
Thoughts and prayers to you all.
