Dear Monica, Ger, Maureen, Mary + Tom. Joe and I just heard of Lew's passing and are so very sorry for your loss. My family and I are sorry for your loss. May you find comfort from the creator and know death is not his will. james1:13.
Dear Monica and family, When you purchased your home at 68 Genesse St. in Geneva in 1950, there there 4 women living in the upstairs apartment. We became fast friends and although our next jobs scattered us around, we get together at least once, sometimes twice a year for lunch and lots of news and reminising. Since I live in Waterloo, I notified them of Lew's death. Phil Tucci Corsi, of Cortland was very pleased that I had notified her. We remember the birth of Maureen,a beautiful baby, so I think the other four are equally goodlooking. One year I hosted lunch at my home and you and Lew joined us. I cannot remember the year, but we had to contact you to express our sympathies. Ann McCullough Cook
To our most dear Maureen, and her family:
I know we have not met your dad, but feel as if you are a part of of our own family, here in Syracuse, and that your dad would be an extended member. I am so sad for the loss of your dad, but I know your mom will take strength from you and your sisters and brothers. If there is anything you need while here in NY, please let us know. Our light and love to you......

Dear Aunt Monica, Brady Cousins and Family,
I am so glad I had a chance to see Uncle Lew at Aunt Phyllis's 90th party. It had been some years since I had seen him and Aunt Monica. Years ago they would visit the Flaherty's on Owasco Lake, Auburn, NY and we all had a great time. You were so fortunate to have him for so long. He had a great life.I know you will cherish the memories. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love and prayers,
Ginny Flaherty Lisano
(Jack and Irene Flaherty's oldest)
Our sympathies are with you at such a difficult time. The obituary was written beautifully and it only emphasized what a wonderful man he was.
