We thought of you with love today.
But that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday.
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence.
We often speak your name.
Now all we have is memories.
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake.
With which we'll never part.
God has you in his keeping.
We have you in our heart
I love you and miss you Mom.....

“God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so he put his arms around you
and whispered,
"Come to Me"
With tearful eyes we watched you
and saw you pass away
and although we love you dearly
we could not make you stay.
A Golden heart stopped beating
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best”
You will be forever in our hearts.
I love you, Mom.

Dear Mickey and Family...You and Lil were wonderful neighbors as we started a new phase of our lives at our condos. We always enjoyed your company and I understand the pain and grief that you are going through. Just know that it does get better and time helps. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. With deepest regrets, Vangie

Mom, you have raised 4 wonderful daughters who will carry on your love, passion for family and smiling face. And although our hearts are sadden, we all know you are in heaven finally taking that breath of fresh air you so longed for. You are everyone's guardian angel and will always be looking down on us no matter where we are. We are going to hold a crab feast in honor of you every year and I promise, when I come home, I will make a trip to Macy's for a new pair of shoes like you and I always did. You will forever be in our hearts. Love you!

Dear Mickey,
Although it's been many years since I've seen you and Lilyan, I remember you both fondly from my time as a parishioner and cantor at St. Isaac's. I'm truly sorry to hear about Lil's passing. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time.

To the Allen Family,

I am so very sorry for your loss. Lil was an absolutely wonderful lady and friend. I remember the first day I met her in February, 1987. Not only was she my supervisor, she was my friend and sometimes confidant. We worked together for many years and I never forgot the lessons she taught me. Through her words and actions, she taught me to have a sterling work ethic and the importance of character, honesty, and integrity. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Allen Family,
I am sorry for your loss. I did not know Lilyan personally, but I do know Michelle and Mark Duvall and it is that friendship that I hope you can accept. There are many words, but none that are likely to make it any easier for you. I do hope you don't forget and always remember the value of Lilyan (no matter how big or how small)and ensure that value in future celerbrations (in honor to her memory).
Respectfully submitted and with deepest sympathy,
Don Hoey
