Was in his home many times, visiting one of my favorite friends Patti. Greeted by Mrs. Busby, and you Patti, only to pass through the front room to be warmly welcomed by Butch and Mr. Busby, sometime Freddie. I never felt so accepted and loved as I was by this family. Bless you Patti and Danny. When I pass by at Gable Square I always think of ya'll fondly. Wishing I could see a peek of you all; seeing us setting on the steps chatting or at the kitchen table talking. I WILL CERTAINLY see you all again, to be together for God's PERFECT eternity! Love
Brother Louie it's been a few months since you went to see Mildred and Butch, we miss you. Yesterday September 3rd we laid our sister in law Snook to rest. She had been sick for a while. I am so glad heaven is a big place. We all are coming to see you one day, until then keep a flying. Love Brother Jim

THANK YOU ALL FOR KEEPING US AND THIS GREAT FAMILY THAT WE ARE A SMALL PART OF IN YOUR PRAYERS.

I lived in the same neighborhood as Mr. Busby I will always remember his big smile, a well kept yard and walking with his wife daily. To his family, God has truly blessed you to have sought a wonderful man in your life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
your friends from Gable Square.
Just a wink from Mr. Busby made the day better. So thankful he is free from the pain and is in his new body in Heaven keeping watch over his wonderful children. I think those twinkles I see in the sky just might be those winks now.
Jim, I am so sorry for your loss, although I did not personally know your brother, I know that he carries the Busby name. A name that reflects nothing but class, great character and integrity. My heart goes out to you during this difficult time and my prayers are with you and your family. May the Lord continue to shine his light upon you all.
Jim and I are saddened by Uncle Louie' s passing. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. We will not be able to attend the funeral but will be with you in spirit. Love you all. Jim, Wendy and family.
Patti, I am so sorry for your loss. I did not your father but they say you can tell the make of a man by looking at his children. So he has to have been a loving and good man.
I didn't know Mr. Busby personally, but he was father to two of the finest individuals you could ever know. Freddy, his son and Patti his daughter who is a personal friend of mine and a true inspiration. I am sad for their loss, but I rejoice in God's gain.
Louie, thank you for being my brother! You will always be remembered as will Cecil and the others. Wow, what a wonderful man, husband and dad you have been. We will miss you tremendously. Your work on earth has ended and now you are flying higher than ever before.
Control Tower to St. Peter: Open your Heaven, my brother is flying home.
My family and I are sure going to miss Mr. Busby. He and Mrs. Busby took good care of me when I moved into the neighborhood. She called me "Butch" because I was always chasing our dog. I remember as I had kids how we would see them outside together and we would just talk and talk. We love you all and God bless.
