I didn't know him but as being a member of a police department, I know how valuable someone like him is. To his daughter Celia, I pray that God wraps you in his loving arms and carries you through the pain of losing your daddy and best friend. You will be in my prayers.

I knew Mark for over 15 years and during that time I never knew him to be anything but a fine officer who held himself to a higher standard. He will be greatly missed by all. My prayers go out to all of his family.

So sorry to lose a friend. He taught my wife and I at a gun safety course recently and he and I had cases over the years. A dedicated officer; a great loss.
