I am sorry to hear about Mrs. Bailey's death. I am trying to find information on my friend Gary Bailey - LSU - believed deceased.
To the family: May your memories bring you joy. Turn to God to bring you comfort in your distress. He is near to all those calling upon him and their cry's for help he hears.

Alton,Steve, Kenny, and Janet, I am so sorry to hear about Madine's passing. Tom called me on 03-25-13 to inform me. I can remember when Madine and Alton were married and when each of the children were born. Although we lived so very far from you all we were still family and love y'all dearly. I will miss Madine very much and look foreward to seeing her again in heaven. May the Lord give you the comfort and the strength to face the coming days as only He can give.
My deepest condolences. Take comfort that Mrs. Bailey is now enjoying the glory of God in heaven. It is you who are left grieving. I will keep you in my daily prayers.
What a precious treasure Heaven has gained this week! Please know that my prayers are with you all.
We did not know NMdine very well, but really appreciated her years of service to the Conservative causes. We pray the Holy Spirit's comfort for her family
Mr. Bailey, Janet I am truly sorry for the loss of your wife and mother. Mom has been gone for a year now, and Dad for 3 years, and I still miss them more than ever. Just think of the reunion we will all have one day. You are in my prayers.
My first memory of Aunt Madine is when she and Uncle Alton brought their tiny baby boy, Gary Wayne, to meet us in Olton, TX. I was 2-1/2 or 3 years old and I think Gary must have been the first baby I had ever seen, at least the first to make such a profound impression on me. Immediately after they left, we discovered that Aunt Madine had left a pair of shoes at our house so we got on the road to Plainview and caught up with them. There's a wealth of memories from that time forward. We used to share recipes, watch the conventions of both political parties and critique them by phone, try to solve the problems of JR and Sue Ellen. . . . We had so much in common and it was at Aunt Madine's urging that the Baughn family moved to Anthony in 1955. From then on, our lives merged and because of Uncle Alton and Aunt Madine, this only child grew up with three brothers and a sister. Aunt Madine, we'll see you again one of these days and will sit down for coffee and one of your apple pies.
Dear Bailey Family:
The world is a better place because Madine lived and touched so many lives. I am a better person for having known her. I am blessed that I had the opportunity to know her and that she was a part of my life. She touched my life in so many beautiful and loving ways. I shall cherish my memories of her forever and I will never forget her.
Love and prayers, Dan

Aunt Madine was a special part of our family, and we always enjoyed the time we got to spend together although in recent years, those times have not been as often as we would have liked. She loved her family and was so proud of each of them. I know she left many wonderful memories with you to cherish. It makes me smile to have the assurance that we will see her again one day in heaven.
We are so very grateful to Mrs. Bailey's for her great contribution to the Republican Party over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. Sincerely, Tom and Mary Holmsley on behalf of El Paso County Republican Party.
I extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Madine Bailey. May your loving memories ease your grief.
