I spent four years with Manny on the FTHS Cross Country Team (1976-80). He was a great coach and a really nice man. I enjoyed those four seasons very much. I am sorry to learn of his passing.
I have great memories of "Juny" Amor, my Delta Chi Fraternity brother, Jackie, Toy, and Nisa at the University of Florida in Gainesville, fL in the '50s. God bless, Tom Brady,Micanopy,FL
To My Dear Brother, You were the source of so many of my happiest memories growing up. I treasure all of my many summers with you and Jackie and Toy, Nisa and Delton. I will love and miss you for the rest of my life. Your loving sister, Carol
Coach Manny Amor was a bright spot in my youth. He left an impact on so many and his contributions live on in all of us who knew him. My sincerest condolences to the family. Dr. Liam P. Schubel - Freehold
My condolences to the family. Del, I'm very sorry for your loss, I'll always remember being the "paperboy" many years ago.
May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
Some of my happiest memories of high school phys ed class are connected to Mr. Amor's talents as a square dance caller. He will be remembered fondly by the thousands of students whose lives he touched because of his cheerful, fun-loving spirit and quick smile. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.
God Bless You, Mr. Amor, for sharing your love of dancing, music, and life!

Ring-a-ding-ding Manny is resting in peace home-home-home. He will be missed by many square dancers. He was an amazing person on and off the dance floor. So very glad to have the memories of an amazing person with a generous heart.
Blessings, Joanne Murphy
I was saddened to learn of Coach Amor's passing. I will always remember our training, and the Manny Manny miles we ran as a team under Coach Amor's guidance.
I've thought of coach often this fall, as I started training and running Manny miles again. Thanks coach for your guidance back then, and for the inspiration today.

I was saddened to hear of Manny's passing. We worked together at FTHS for many years. One of the best memories I have is from the Faculty Comedy Review he organized. Please accept my most sincere sympathy.
God bless you and comfort you.

As a square dancer and fellow caller, I have many, many, wonderful memories of Manny, from dancing to his calling, to his cartoons in Grand Square, to calling at Star Thru's. He will be sorely missed, but his contributions to Square Dance, as well as the many accomplishments above (that I had never known about) will live on - Wayne Applegate
