My thoughts and prayers are with Mary Jo Crosby and family during this difficult time.
Hugs to all
I am sorrowed at hearing of your loss. I remember, was impressed by, and liked your mother. She was no doubt quite proud of her children. It appears that she remained dynamic for a long, long time. Kathi, you have my deepest sympathy.
We are praying for Marianne and her loving family. God bless you all.
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Marianne was so delightful, the perfect mixture of brilliance and merriment with some mischief mixed in for extra fun. Such a fine woman who touched so many with her energy and love. Our hearts go out to you.

MARIANNE ENRICHED THE LIVES OF ALL WHO KNEW HER AND MANY THAT DID NOT THROUGH HER LOVE AND GENEROSITY.
My heart breaks losing my dearest neighbor, Marianne. She was such a joy. We enjoyed picking up her mail for her and chatting about her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved you all so. She would leave treats and cookies for my sons on the back porch on days we might miss her when dropping off
She loved her Lilies of the Valley, her Dogwood tree and other lovely flowers that Warren had tended to.
I will miss Marianne and her sweet smile, yet I will always remember our shared moments and stories we shared.
With loving prayers for you all,
Sid, Christian and Stefan
Of all the mothers of my friends in high school, I always admired Mrs. Knaup the most. She was a delightful lady whose dedication to education was so much a part of who she was, as well as being a devoted and loving mother. Please accept my sincere sympathies to all of you, and know that she will be remembered by many people for the exceptional woman she was.

The entire Marian Middle School community mourns the loss of Marianne Knaup. Marianme was a consumate educator and had a tremendous passion for quality education...especially for the underserved in our community.
Many thanks for your kindness, generosity and friendship.
Peace and blessings to the Knaup family.

Mrs. Knaup has the distinction of being the first student of our school to have attended for all eight years, graduating in 1936. (As a little girl and student of St. Stephen's myself, I grew up admiring the pretty girl in this photo!)
I was pleased to have had the opportunity to meet her at our alumni gathering just this past January, which she attended with her sister, Joan.
It certainly seems that she lived her life to its fullest and touched the lives of so many others.
Please accept our prayers and blessings.
