Sue, Dave, & Willis,
Our condolences on the death of your mother, a dear friend and neighbor for many years. Marion always offered to help others. Maurice remembers her serving dinner for the workers during corn husking on Rowley Rd. in the 40s. Many rememberances of her Barrett days and being with Norma in the Byerly (sic) store when the ambulance went by with Maurice in it in 1959. One of the kind and caring woman of the "old" Rowley neighborhood.

I worked with Marion for 4 years at Barrett's...she was one of the KINDEST persons I will ever know. I loved how she always remebered special details about the cusotmers of Barrett's. I know Tom was right at Heaven's gate waiting for her! Thank you, Marion, for all you taught me!

Marion had a way of making each of us feel so special, giving a big hug, kiss and an "I love you" whispered in your ear. This past week Marion talked of many she loved in her fretful sleep: Estle, Mom, Dad, grandmother, grandfather, her special friend from childhood. I believe that they were there with loving arms outstretched to take Marion to Heaven. I am so thankful she was a part of my life. Marion has touched many lives in such caring and loving ways. She will be remembered and missed by each of us who knew her.

Willis, please accept my condolences for the lost of your mother. You are a good and faithful son, and I am sure she enjoyed life more abundantly because of your love for her. I also know that she is received in the joy of our Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ. My prayers are with you and your family, God Bless.

Marion was like a grandma to me. She would track our height on a wall in Barrett's, get me baseball cards for my birthday and Christmas, and never failed to send cards long after we were grown and moved away. Miss you already!
