Dear Bob and family,
Midge was such a lovely and inspiring person, and such a shining example of "grace under fire". I will miss our driveway talks. May God give each of you an extra measure of His love and peace during this difficult time.

Marge was a wonderful addition to the dietetics faculty at Illinois Central College. I enjoyed working with her. I was much impressed with her dedication to others when as a mature adult, she joined the Peace Corps to share her knowledge and talents. I am sure that you will miss her.
Dear Bob and Family,
We cherish our time spent with you and Midge up at Wabigama. Always the encourager, we enjoyed our times together at the annual Alden Run, and will never forget the annual salad specialty at the club picnic. We offer our heartfelt condolences to you during this difficult time.

Leventry family, So sorry to learn of your loss, deepest condolences. We send our thoughts and prayers to your family.
We are so sorry to learn that Midge has passed away. She and you and all of your family have been very much in our thoughts and prayers in recent days.
We are so grateful to have had her as our next door neighbor for these many years. Her warm friendship and zest for life have been an inspiration to us. We have not been able to be at Wabigama for three years for reasons of healtth, but that does not dim the wonderful memories of times together (including the only time George ever broke 90 on a golf course, at Twin Birches with Midge and you.)
We send our deepest sympathies to you, Rick, Ellen and all of your family, and will continue to hold Midge in our hearts.
With love to all of you, Shirley and George Rinder (Burr Ridge, IL)
To Ellen and the rest of the family, Deepest condolences to you from Ellen's friends in Ithaca. We are so sorry for your loss and send you prayers for comfort and peace.
Bob, so sorry to read of your wife's passing in the Peoria newspaper. My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family during this difficult time. I think of you often as an excellent role model. Someone that had helped me develop my organizational & professional skills, both at RLI and Ruppman Marketing.
Dear Bob and family,
I knew you a little bit through our overlapping visits to Quito, and especially to Advent St. Nicholas Church. I am so sorry to hear this news...I've been back in the Chicago area for 2 years and occasionally wondered if you might still be in this area. I think of Marge as delightful, upbeat, inspirational, and have no doubt those qualities shined during her illness as well. Love and prayers, Nan Shorey
Bob, Ellen, Rick & family: We have had 35 years of friendship at Wabigama: she was my favorite friend, and you all were like family. I know it meant so much to her to be able to go to Wabi one last time. She was a special, loving woman who made this world a better place. I wish we could come to the services, but we will be there is spirit. Much love from Barbara and John Locke

Ric and Family,
I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. May God be with your family in this difficult time.
Dear family of Midge,
I met Midge at our Gyn-oncology support group at the Loren Smith Center. She was one of the first people I met at the group. One of the the things I admired about her from the very beginning was her optimism and real zest for life. She became a model for me as I recovered from surgery and chemo. She always spoke of the positive things in her life, her husband and her children.
May you all find peace in the legacy she leaves behind, of a woman who loved life and lived it to the fullest.
Dear Bob and Family - We were so sorry to read of Midge's passing. She was such a classy lady and so pleasant to be around. She fought a good fight and lived life to the fullest. May memories sustain you at this sad time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear Bob and Family, our most sincere thoughts and prayers to you at this time. Midge (aka Maggie) was a rock of support and role model for many Peace Corps Volunteers in Ecuador. I will always remember her kindness, her positive outlook on life and unparalleled sense of charm and style. She will always be remembered.

Dear Bob, Rick and Ellen,
My sorrow is deeply felt. For over 50 years, since our Cornell days, Midge has been a dependable source of inspiration and humor for me. Although I have not seen you all often in recent years, I will miss her in my life.
Knowing how well she lived will hopefully inspire your grief.
Love from Joe Mc Kay
