I just found out she passed away, my deepest sympathies ! She was one of those teachers that touched your life and left a very big impression! One you will never forget! RIP Mrs. Ackermann

I had Mrs. Ackermann in my elementary school days & my children were also priviledged to have her as well. What an amazing person she is. I remember seeing her in the mornings at drop off, always smiling and so welcoming...I always told her she looked the same as when I had her as she did then, amazing! Your family is and will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry.
Lynn & family, She has gone home to Glory & the Father, no more pain. She was a beautiful woman.
My deepest sympathy and condolences are with your family. I have been blessed to not only know Mrs. Ackermann when I was an educational assistant, but also when she was my art teacher and my daughter's art teacher as well.(She is now in the sixth grade.) I no longer had to boast of her great art, amazing skills, and kind heart because my daughter was able to experience it for herself and know by her stories of how great she had been. To me, Mrs. Ackermann was an unsung hero, and altruist, and an amazing woman with a warming and welcoming smile that I will never forget.
Words cannot explain the legacy she leaves behind. Please know that she will always be remembered in our hearts. I pray that God will continue to give you strength, peace, comfort, and loving memories during your most difficult times. God bless you and your family.

Much love, prayers and thoughts to the whole family. Rest in Peace.
Mrs. Ackermann was an amazing teacher! By far my favorite of all time! She always had a kind and gentle spirit with her students. Going to art class to see her was always my favorite part of going to school. I could go on and on but everyone that knew her knows how wonderful of a teacher and person she was,
May her family and friends find comfort in knowing that she touched and enriched the lives of children and will never be forgotten. She has left an amazing legacy.
I am so sorry for your loss and pray that you find the comfort and peace during this time,
With deepest sympathy
