Merle was a gentleman of sterling character. I knew Merle for 60+ years. My deepest condolences.
I have known Merle Vanloo for as long as I can remember. He was kind to me as a neighborhood kid and when Cherie and I had moved back down the street, he always had a kind word, a gentle smile, and a funny joke. While heaven has gained an angel, the world has lost a wonderful human being. Our condolences to Yvonne, Gary, and Kim and their families. God Speed Merle!

I'm gonna miss singing our song together, listening to your stories, and have you kiss my head and tell me how beautiful I am. I can't believe you're gone but now you're happy with your family in heaven.
