Miss you everyday send me a sign
I was so very saddened to learn of Mike's passing. It was my very good fortune to have been able to work with Mike for almost twelve years, and in those twelve years we shared many a story and many laughs. No matter what was going on, if Mike was in our area (Security) he would always stop by my cube or desk to say "Hi" and we'd exchange stories or a joke or two. He is going to be greatly missed by so many people because he touched so many lives and in such a positive way.
I pray your happy thoughts and fun and intimate memories to celebrate Mike's life, ease somehow the sorrow of losing him.
Cheryl, please know that your friends share in your grief and hold you close to our hearts especially at this time. Please reach out to me if you ever need anything.
Cheryl, Our thoughts of deepest sympathy are with you in your time of loss. May the Good Lord continue to guide you and your children through this time. Deborah and Al Harrover
A curious thing happened to us while driving to go snow skiing in Utah.Just outside of Salt Lake City we ran into a raging snow storm. It continued for a couple hours. Just as we were exiting the freeway on to a state road the storm quit.Centered in front of the car was a huge mountain.Clouds parted in the overcast sky and the sun shone directly upon the peak. After 30 minutes
of this I finally turned to my wife and said "This is like a postcard. It's almost as if a light from heaven is illuminating the mountain top." A couple hours later we arrived at our destination.I checked my cell and there was a message.A follow up call revealed Mike had passed at the same time we saw the mountain.Call me crazy but I think it was a sign. A sign that everything is going to be okay; A sign that Mike is all right.
God bless you Mike.
Thanks for showing me to the Grand Canyon Mike as a young boy. I wish you Peace and your family the best.
I hired Mike at Intel 30 years ago and worked with him for many years. Mike crewed on my sailboat and I intoduced him to Cheryl. We sailed in Mexico and had many many great times. I will always remember him as a great friend a wonderful parent and faithful individual. We are all better for having Mike in our lives.
Dear Cheryl, Nicole, and A.J.,
You are in my thoughts and prayers and have my deepest sympathy. My earliest memory of meeting and talking with your father, Nicole and A.J., was when he came with your mother for your first conference in fifth grade, Nicole. He always came to both of your conferences. I so admired the way in which both your parents took such an interest in your educations. What a devoted and loving family, one to truly be admired. Mike, Cheryl, Nicole, and A.J., you are all in my heart and thoughts.
Mike was a person who always had time for you and he would always take the time to help you, that's how I first met him and I carry that experience with me paying it forward in my life. Our condolences go out to his family. Bill and Liz Robbs (Lake Oswego Or).
There are no words to describe how wonderful my Uncle Mike was. He has taught me a lot of things through my life and I will always be proud to say that he was my Uncle. RIP Uncle Mike. I love and miss you.

Dear Cheryl, Nicole and A.J.,
As a friend of Olga and Pat's, I have been following Michael's three year battle with cancer and I marvel at the courage and positive attitude that he demonstrated. May the sadness that you feel today one day be replaced with all the cherished memories you shared. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
Michael joined our family when he married my sister Cheryl. He was a true friend to many people. He was a loving husband and father to Cheryl, Nicole and AJ. We will miss him.
