Rebecca, I just learned of Norm's passing. Our deepest condolences to you - may the memories bring you comfort! Linda and Randy
We are very saddened to hear of Norm's passing. He was a wonderful person--extremely kind and generous. Norm was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. Norman lived his life well and shared his joy with his family and friends. We wish we could be there with you to honor Norm. We share your grief. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Rebecca - I am so sorry to learn of the death of your husband & soulmate. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time. Sending you hugs from afar.
Norm was my boss for several years at JCPenney, back when they were still in NY. We became good friends, particularly because of sailing. We had many good races on that little red Ranger 23, and many days of joy on the good ship Alcazar. I'll miss you, my friend. And I'd like to offer the Irish Blessing:
May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face, and the rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand. Amen
My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.
Norm was one of the last true gentleman. His values were high and his love for family was evident. I have many great memories of sailing with him on Chesapeake Bay. He was an excellent sailor. He will be missed.
Norm was a friend with a smile, a twinkle in his eye and always a joy to be around. A person always interested in what you had to say, always quick to laugh, always there to comfort. Norm will be missed by this family more than we can ever say. There is no doubt in our minds that the Lord has prepared a special place for him.
We will miss you "Uncle" Norm
My deepest sympathy to the family. May you find comfort in knowing that Norm is now resting in peace with the Lord.
Our deepest sympathy to you Rebecca and family. We know that Norm is resting in peace with our Savior and pray for your strength and comfort.

Norm was a great man and fantastic boss. I was very fortunate to work for him for 4 years and work with him many, many more while we were both employed by JCPenney.
Norm was a very caring man and supportive manager, who provided a great environment for others to learn from his experience and had the vision on knowledge of a great potential of individuals, hard work, and having fun at the same time.
Norm had a great and lasting impact on my life professionally, but more importantly personally. He lead a great life, for which we should all be grateful to our Father in Heaven.
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

He married into our family, he became incased in our hearts, he will be missed forever..there are no words to express our sorrow. He had the ability to take the bad and show you the good. He was always a gentleman and he loved unconditionally. I'm comforted in knowing he is with our Lord. We all love you so much Norm.
