I am so sorry to read about the loss of Norm. Although I had not seen him for many years, I still remember him as such a very nice man--always kindly and such a gentleman.

Norm Kramer was a first class citizen. He was a consummate professional, always willing to lend a hand. His associates, his customers, and his friends at NCR thought highly of "Fritz".
To his family....Norm was a great example of what a friend was. He offered advice, was always there to help, had an outstanding positive disposition, and always led by example. We are all better off having had him in our lives. He will be sorely missed.
Remember John 3:16. It will give you comfort.
I enjoyed working with Norm (known to his co workers a Fritz). He was a very good guy and good friend. He was always honest and fun. I missed him when he left Springfield and am sorry to hear of his passing. I have thought of him many times since he retired. Godspeed, my friend.
I have many fond memories of spending time at the Kramer house during my high school years. Mr. Kramer was always very welcoming. I was fortunate enough to visit with the Kramers in recent years during some of Jim's Arizona visits. Mr. Kramer will be missed.
Dearest Donna and family -- Norm was such a special person -- caring, fun-loving, thoughtful. We treasure the memories of all the good times we shared with the two of you. Words cannot express the sense of loss his passing brings to family and friends. You are in our thoughts, our hearts and our prayers.
I have spend many days and nights remembering my years at NCR working with Norm. His customers loved him, his co - workers loved him and I loved him too. Marilyn and I have many fond memories of our special friendship with Norman and Donna. Please know that you both have a special place in our hearts.
Dear Kramer family: John and I have such great memories of your involvement in the SUSA program thru Jims involvment. What an asset Norm and Donna were to the parents support group...the Kramer family was truly an inspiration to many many families in the program and Norm was always upbeat and positive with an offer of help always. He really helped make a very successful program happen by setting such an example. It was really a pleasure to know him....he will be missed! Our hearts go out to Donna and Jim...You are in our thoughts and prayers!
I had the pleasure of knowing Norm via my employment with the Illinois Secretary of State and his job with NCR. For what I remember as many years he serviced our machines and did it so very well. He was such a genuine nice person to know. May he rest in eternal peace. My sincere condolences to his Family and Friends.
