Although we find we must part for now makes me completely blind with sadness. Knowing my faith will sustain me until we celebrate that grand reunion with the best brother anyone could ever hope to have gives me just that much more to look forward to. To a gentle man that never in my life have I heard say an unkind word to or about another person, One that would give his shoes and go barefooted to comfort another... I say I love you " Doc" and give "grand" a big hug from me. "Jim." To Ruth You have always been like a sister, we have so many happy memories, and you were a good wife to Oscar, taking such good care of him and he so cherished you. I can just see him looking at you with such warmth. To Blaine, Chris, Stacy and Brian. ..He loved you so very much and he instilled values that you will carry with you always.
Each of you are kind, gentle and humble young men so very much like him. To Joy, Angie, and Wyona what special daughters in law. He spoke so warmly of each of you and you were so good to him and to Ruth. I know that you will continue to take care of her just as Ruth in the bible. To the grandchildren each and everyone of you were the "apple of his eye." I love you and will always be here for you Aunt Elaine

Ms. Ruth and family,
Jimmy and I will always have very fond memories of Mr. Oscar.
Jimmy says he will never forget the days of dune buggy riding and Mr. Oscar always let David ride with him and paid special attention to him. For that, we will always be grateful. I'm sure he and David are riding all over Heaven in a golden dune buggy today!

I will remember him cooking at church and always having a smile and good word to say to everybody.

We were so grateful he gave Jameson his first job at the sawmill and being so patient with him, and teaching him so much about life in general.

He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. What a wonderful legacy he has left behind.

Jimmy and Kristi Bardon

"A hard days work never hurt anyone Guy Bo " Uncle Oscar said to me once. When I looked at him , I could see my Grand Dad . I'm so sad that he's no longer with us , but I know , he's working for God as I weep . I will always remember his kindness and gentle way of handling difficult things . May God be with all of you . I will miss him unbelievably . He was such a perfect man .
