Evelyn, Cheryl and Jackie:
My heart is broke to hear the news this morning that Paul has passed. The last time we saw you all he made me laugh when he still called me "Jill Baby" even though I am now well into my 40's. The memories of growing up on Malcom Drive as a child are fond ones and you guys along with the Steigers and Heidenreichs are a big part of that. Even though we all moved away from Malcom he continued to be such a good friend to my Dad, Gerald, and for that I am truly grateful. Even though we couldn't be there today please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers.
Evelyn, so sorry for you and all. He was more like another brother to my departed brothers and my self. Denver(Hillsboro)
Evelyn, Cheryl and Jackie,
Of all the memories and people one has in their lives, some are a little more special than others. In my life, my folks, Ginny and Andy and now Paul get a little more special to me everyday. Paul was an exceptional man. His influence on his family, friends and others can't be measured but it's effects will continue on. He will be missed but never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Evelyn,Jackie and Cheryl I was so stunned to hear of Paul's passing,he was such a wonderful and friendly person and such a loving husband, father and grandfater.I am so glad that we had the honor of getting to know him over the years that we lived next door to Russ and Jackie,we miss seeing you all since we moved. Cathy and I both send our prayers to your whole family at this difficult time and we are here for you if you need anything
Paul was a friend of my late husband's and did so much to help him during our house remodeling and any time there was an electrical issue. He was a fine person.
I am going to miss this great man! He was the best great grandfather, grandfather, father and husband. I cannot express how much he meant to me.
My heart goes out to you, Cheryl and Jackie and your extended family members
on the stunning news of Paul's passing.
That dear man was one of my favorite
people - - a good friend and a long time partner of mine in the C.O.P.P.
program. He was such a joy to be with during our hours patrolling the streets of Beavercreek. Please know
that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you all...

I am so very sorry about Paul. You are all in my prayers. My husband, Jim, and I thought a lot of your family. I did not realize, though, that him and Jim were so close in age. Jim would have been 83 on July 31st.

This world has lost one of the kindest souls I have ever had the privilege to know.
Paul and Evelyn always had a way of making everyone in their lives feel special. From quiet bike rides, to walks for ice cream, to golf outings, to the times when we would just sit & chat, I have been blessed beyond measure by being a part of his life and I will miss him.
All my love & sympothy to Evelyn, Cheryl, Jackie and all who knew & loved him.
I can not express enough how sorry I am for your loss. Paul was an awesome, caring and compassionate man. I remember all those years ago when he would haul Jackie and me to the skating rink and many more places! My prayers are with you all during this hard time. Love you guys.
Dear Jackie and family,
I will be keeping you and your family in my prayers for so many reasons. I do understand this loss as my father passed suddenly at age 61. To quote my grandfather re the loss of a parent. " It is really tough , but with time it gets better. " It is true, you will never be the same, but it will get better.
