My sincere condolences to the Norton family. I just heard of Paul's passing today when I bumped into Becky Rand. Although I hadn't seen Paul in many years, I remember him fondly from when we ran cross-country and track at King Junior High. Paul was a champion then, and from all these tributes, it sounds as though that's the way he lived his entire life. God bless and rest in peace.
I was sad to learn today about Paul's passing. Paul was one of my best friends in high school. He was one of the nicest people and never had a harsh word to say about anyone. The world is a little bit darker today. Rest in peace my old friend!
We met Paul and Sally at Dana Farber in December of 2010 and have been fast friends ever since. Sally, you were loved in a special way, by a special man and you shared a wonderful gift in your marriage. I am privileged to have known Paul. I take comfort in thinking of him up there with Larry now. Much love to you Sally.
RIP Paul as you are amongst the angels now and are no longer suffering. Prayers to the family. I was stationed with Paul at Loring AFB. Paul always was a happy fella.
Our lives are richer because we knew Paulie. He was our altar boy and that is how we will remember him. Go Irish -- You played like a champion -- you made it home.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love. We were all very lucky to have known Paulie. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to all the Norton family. Paul was a huge light in this world and his memory will always shine on. I grew up with Paul in Libbytown, started school with him in the old West School and was a classmate all the way through to graduation in 1972. Even as a young boy and teenager, he had a huge heart and would always have a smile and kind words for everyone. I'm sure that heaven has a special place for him as you all must have. I hope that God's strength and fond memories will help you through this time. Rest in peace my friend.
Condolences to the Norton family. I worked with Paul at Fairchild. We attended a Red Sox game, I got the tickets and Paul drove the Jetta. Paul liked all sports particularly The Fighting Irish. Unique gentleman always helpful and respectful. I'll close with a word that Paul and I would end some of our conversations...Amen.
