Randy and I were classmates at Bellaire. We were on the baseball team together. He was a great guy, a talented athelete, and a fun person to be around. Please accept my most sincere condolences on his passing.
We send our warmest love to all of you, Mary and Kenneth Bentsen
I AM SO SAD TO LEARN OF THE DEATH OF RANDY. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOUR FAMILY.
My sincere condolences to Mary and the girls at this sad time. Randy was blessed with a wonderful family and many friends. I remember his jovial spirit when I worked with him at the Morris Tinsley & Snowden law firm many years ago. God bless his family.
Going to gymnastics, playing games at the house, swimming in the pool and going on ski trips are a few of my memories of Mr Tinsley (Randy). He was a helluva a guy with a great sense of humor and an awesome dad to boot. His spirit was always affable and welcoming and made me feel part of the family. My thoughts are with Mary, Sara and Ann.
Randy was the best team father for his girls' gymnastics ever. He was always there to support all the girls and the coaches.
He will be missed.
Randy was just the best team father through the years when his girls were at Biron Gymnastics. He was always there to support the team and the coaches.
He was such a great guy - loved him.

My condolences to the Tinsley family for their loss. Randy ran his law firm they way he lived his life, with honesty and integrity. Those are rare traits in today's society but that's what makes Randy so special. Randy, you will be sorely missed by everyone that has had the privilege to have known you.
I am so saddened at Randy's passing. Big hug to my dearest and oldest friend Willard, .. and to Richard, Mary, Sara, Ann and family. Praying that God blesses you each, with His grace and blankets you with peace during this sorrowful time.
Randy certainly will be missed. He took us under his wing and sponsored us into the Lions Club as well as took the time to come to take us to our first meeting. We have enjoyed his upbeat and supportive personality. We were also Diplomats together at the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, He was also a member of MC Pros so we had the pleasure of seeing him several times a week since we were involved in all these clubs together. We shall miss him but will always remember him with a smile for his warmth and caring nature.
Randy and I grew up together in Houston, shot marbles, played canasta with 10 decks of cards, shot baskets with small balls at hoops made of coat hangers, played sandlot football at Ronny Moore's house, played homerun derby, and may more passtimes. I really enjoyed going with him and his family to Autry Court at Rice University to watch his brother Richard play for Baylor at the Southwest Conference basketball tournament during Christmas.
We attended Bellaire High School together as well as Baylor. A few years ago he moved to Conroe and we reconnected. I knew his health had not been good the last few years but he never complained. I'll miss his friendship and his smile and regret so much that I'll miss his memorial service as I am out of town.
My prayers and thoughts are with Mary, Richard, Willard, and the rest of the family.
It has been my honor to have had Randy as a friend for the past 4 years. You never felt like a stranger around him, always greeting me with a big smile and gracious hug. To his family, you are in my prayers. He will be greatly missed.
While I only met Randy recently, he was very kind, welcoming and encouraging. He will be missed.
Dear Mary and family we are sending our love and prayers from Calif may the Lord give you such peace and wonderful memories. Love John and Cindy Phillips
I met Randy in 2010 when I interviewed him to be a Diplomat for the Conroe Chamber. He seemed to really enjoy being involved in the community. He is a wonderful man and was a joy to be around. I will dearly miss him.
I had the honor of working with Randy at Travelers Insurance. Politics and Baylor University were our favorite topics of discussion. He never failed to make me smile. My sincerest sympathy to Randy's family.
All of us at Birons will miss Randy greatly. He was such an inspiration and help for our team efforts for many years, and a wonderful friend. Our condolences to Mary, Ann, Sara and the Tinsley family. May he rest in peace.
