Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you on the passing of Peter. Mary and Joe Tally
Dear Judy and all the family,
Jim and I just learned of Pete's death this morning. We are so deeply sorry and want you all to know that our prayers and thoughts are with you all and with Pete. He was a pretty special person.
To Judy and your family, Renie and I send our deepest sympathy for your loss.
Pete was a special member of our group of 10 who started with Grinnell so many years ago. He always had a way of being present whenever a good thing was happening. Our many miles between us kept us from staying in touch but fond memories of all we went through together will be his legacy with me.
Take comfort that he no longer has any pain or sorrow.
Pete, breakfast and golf always a pleasure with your keen sense of humor.
Your Thursday golfermen have you in our prayers.
Pete may all your rounds of golf be
sub par. One of your many golfing

I am grateful.
DEC 5th, 2013:
Reality is difficult to accept, & this is a tough one for me. Somehow you just don't expect such sadness all @'once. losing Stephen, was a shock & then Peter, not even knowing he was sick, was a heart stabbing shock. Two brothers, 3 years apart & dying within 3 days of each other, certainly a difficult time for his family & relatives & childhood friends.
I'm sure you will be accepted with open arms by those who loved you & went before you, and now hopefully keep an eye on all those left behind, who loved you. For all the things, I never said to you, I LOVE YOU & WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE TIMES WE SHARED GROWING UP IN PROV., R.I.
LOVE: Connie (Ryan) & Dan Carroll & Family.
Dearest Grandfather, May your mind and spirit wander peacefully as it flows through the minds of you loved ones. I will miss you.
I did not know Mr. Daniels but I was lucky to have served In the Army with his son Mike and now I understand why he is such a good man. My sincerest sympathies to your family as well as my prayers for all of you.
Pete and I were students together at St Sebastians grammar school in Providence, RI many years ago. Sad to hear of his passing. Didn't know he was in Oregon. I retired to Portland, OR 2 years ago with my wife. With sympathy,Jim (James Q.) Dolan
Sending prayers and love to Judy and all of the Daniels kids and their families. Pete was a good neighbor during our years in Lake Oswego and it was fun to watch all of you grow up. Bevie and Geoff and I look fondly on our years in the neighborhood and all the good and happy times we shared.
What a legacy Pete has left all of us in Oregon. I remember those long-ago days when Meridian Park Hospital was just being constructed and it looks like that was the beginning of so many public buildings that will be long remembered by all of us.
May God be good to him.
Patty Taylor (Lukinbeal) Dutcher
Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
