Jo -- I am so very sorry to hear about Phil. I only learned of it today. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Auntie Jo, John and Scott,
I send love to each of you, and heartfelt sympathy for the great loss you are suffering. Uncle Phil was always so kind and gentle, and always smiling, with a quip at the ready. Growing up I was so gullible, and he had so much fun with that, as I always did. I will remember him with great respect and love. My heart goes out to each of you.

Dear Auntie Jo, John and Scott,

I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Phil's passing. A gentle soul and guide who touched many lives. The last time I saw him, I told him that he was one of the few truly good men I had ever known. Blessings on his journey.

Dear Auntie Jo, John and Scott -

My prayers and condolences are with you. Uncle Phil was always warm and caring toward me, and his dry humor was always sure to put things in perspective.

When I visited him in Dallas a few years ago, I bought a western shirt and then later sent it to him, and he exchanged it for a better size and sent it back to me. Today I will wear that shirt in his honor.

Peace and love to you all.

Dear Jo, John and Scot,
We were so sorry to hear that Phil had passed. We remember when your family moved into the neighborhood. Jo and I would go walking some mornings and Jo really wanted to get a horse so I took her over to the Belmead area that was zoned for horses. She went on her own and found someone that would let her board a horse and it wasn't long before she had three horses. I didn't know that Phil had also been involved in your horse adventures. Phil was a very pleasant fellow, always had a good story to tell. We send our sympathy to your family.

Dear Eklof Family, Uncle Phil was someone in my life that was always kind, witty, and smilimg. I have the warmest memories of him and your family. I am so happy that I got to see y'all riding bulls! My prayers and love go out to you all in this difficult time. Love, Kathy
