It's not the same at NWCC without seeing Mr. Ralph here every night. He was a Godly man that I had the utmost respect for. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family. God bless you Mr. Ralph.

Thank You Ralph for your leadership and mentoring during your career with the Memphis Airport Police. You are rememered in high regard for your work ethic, professionalism and fairness. You set the standards in the areas of firearms and tactical unit training that we strive to keep. Your influence continues within this department.
Ralph was a special part of our family. His thoughtfulness, generosity and easy smile made his presence a joy to be around. I'll miss his love of photography and his goal to capture all the fun moments in life. Whenever we had a family gathering... there he was with his camera. We now have another guardian angel to watch over us. He will be greatly missed....
Ralph was a loving father, husband, brother-in-law and friend. He was always willing to open his home. Had a joyful attitude and a hard worker.
