Dear Dad,

You were definitely like a father to me. I am so blessed to have married into a wonderful family and have you as a father-in-law. You gave me the most precious gift and that is your son, Dale. Thank you for being a warm and loving father-in-law for me and an outstanding grandfather for Tiffany and Brandon. We will miss you with all of our hearts. The values that you taught to Michelle and Dale will be passed on to Tiffany and Brandon so your legacy will live on.

I hope you are resting in peace and enjoying the house of the Lord. I know you are smiling at us from heaven and eating lots of ice cream.

Thanks for the memories Mr. Ah Tye. I remember the time you told me of the perils of getting old and being forgetful. You told me that one morning you woke up and was very concerned that you couldn't see. You thought you had gone blind. Then you realized that you forgot to open your eyes. Memory loss at its finest. I tell that story all the time and it gets guaranteed laughs.

My prayers and well wishes that God provides consolations to the Ah Tye family as they grieve and mourn the physical loss of Mr. Ah Tye. Find comfort in knowing that a wonderful eternal life awaits him with his Creator.
