Margaret, Jeannie, Ruth and kids: I am so saddened to hear about your husband, father, brother. Ray will always hold a very special place in the hearts of the west coast Phelans for the many many kindnesses he showed to our parents over the years.
My prayers and love are with you all.
Remembering Ray as a wonderfully kind and generous man with the most beautiful heartfelt smile...he will be missed by all who knew him.
Love and Prayers-
I was saddened to learn of Raymond's death. I am the same age as Raymond and we often joked about who was the oldest. He had a good sense of humor and always made me smile. My parents, Mabel and Jim, always talked about the wonderful things he did for them when they lived in Daytona Beach. Raymond and his family will always be in my thoughts and especially my prayers.
