You are in my thought and prayers..
So sorry to hear of your loss. You were such a sweet couple, clearly in love. Our hearts go out to you and your family.
Dear Annette, My heart aches for you as you go forward missing such an important part of your life. You and Richie shared a beautiful life together, along with your wonderful sons. He was the ultimate family man, while welcoming many other young men into your lives, the many friends of Rich and Rob. My son was among those who was welcomed into your home, to watch games and just "hang out". Richie was always there to share the camaraderie of "men" watching sports and talking about life in general. He filled such an important role in your sons' lives and the lives of their friends. You and Richie, together, created a comfortable, safe, welcoming home for many. Your life together hasn't ended, it will continue on a different plane. He will always be with you, in the many, many memories you have, and in the signs you will see from him as time goes on. To Rich and Rob...your Dad's pride in you will never die. How honored you must feel to have had such a loving, involved Dad. Your memories may, at first, be painful, but as time goes on, they will make you smile. My sincerest condolences to all of you on this enormous void that has been created in your lives. Deb Oakley and family.
May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.
Annette, Rich, Sheila and Rob, There are no words that can ever fill the void left in your hearts. Richie was a role model for any young man who ever wanted to grow old with their sweetheart, raise a happy family that knows what conditional love is, be a father and super hero to 2 sons, welcome a new daughter as he proudly watches his sons start their own love story, and to be a friend to anyone who touched their lives. I am a better person because of him and I know my son certainly is. We've watched our sons grow together since getting on that school bus at the end of Norfolk Rd. And my son was given the gift of Richies love, support, friendship and guidance as if he was his own son. For that, I am forever grateful. He may have physically left this world, but I know he is walking right beside you and carrying you when you need to be carried. God certainly takes the best. Feel the love and prayers that surround all of you. With Love and friendship, Sheila, Bob and Family
