I will always treasure the banter between Grandpa and I. I will always remember how proud he was of me when I was learning Arabic and went to Egypt and how he wanted me to ask my professor if he knew what "moshdoob" meant. I will miss seeing him every week but he will never be forgotten. I hope we made you proud Grandpa! I was certainly proud to be your granddaughter. Rest in peace and I hope you're making a ton of jokes with Grandma!
Our prayers are with you and your family at this time.

So sorry for your loss. your all in my thoughts and prayers.
My dad was the best. I will miss him everyday of my life. I will so miss our Christmas Eves together and the ways that he would crinkle his eyes. He taught us about family. He is together again with Mama. Rest in peace papa, until we meet again, I love you. Jody
I remember my Dad telling me as a child that the little white wool balls in the pastures were lawnmowers. I was in kindergarden at the time. My teacher was telling us all about the animals and showing pictures and the sounds that they made. When the lawnmower came up I raised my hand and told the class that it was a lawnmower. The teacher and I had an argument for about 5 minutes and finally she ask who told you this. I said very proudly that my Dad told me this. Yes my Dad was a big tease and I believe all that he told me. I miss that already but I know without a doubt that he is one happy man. So from all of us in Utah Dad be happy and we will see you later. Maggie Haley (Cedar City Utah).
He will be greatly missed. I know he is finally at peace because he is with his wife again. My deepest sympathy to your family
Our prayers for each and everyone of his family. He will remain in our prayers.

Grandpa would always say "I dont hold babies". One day I turned around and watched as grandpa picked up his little 6 mounth old granddaughter just to smile and talk to her.
My deepest sympathy to your and your family. Geri Veltkamp
So sorry to hear of his passing.
I remember we would all go over to grandpas house on Christmas Eve and we would all gather around him and listen to him read "A Night Before Christmas" as well and the birth of Christ. I loved hearing him read those stories every year.
