I miss you dearly, my friend.
This doesn't do you justice Grandpa, there should be a whole website dedicated to you. What can I say about you? Is it even worth trying? You're the greatest man I'll ever know. You were my only friend when times were tough, and in all honesty, you're the only father I ever had. Without you, I know there's a part of me that can never be replaced.
If they have internet in heaven, I hope you read this. You were, and always will be, the most important man in my life. I can never put into words how much I love you, how much I needed you, and how empty I feel without you now. Bless you for your unconditional love. And thank you for showing me how to be a man.
My heart is full as I think of the influence this wonderful man has had on me and my life. Bishop Adams was not only my bishop, but my friend. I remember going to church as a single mother, with my kids who were a challenge. I got up to leave very frustrated, right before our meeting was over and by the time I got to the front door, there was Bishop Adams, there to advise my not to leave and grabbing others to help me with my children. He really knew people and the desires of their hearts. Many a time he would counsel a very tearful, frightened single mother and without his kindness I'm not sure I would have stayed active in church. He taught be that the church would help me to raise my children and it has. I looked up to Bishop and Joyce as the example of what great parents could be and also what beautiful marriage could be like. Thank you Bishop. You will never ever be forgotten.
May we all take that lesson to heart and reach out to others with kindness and compassion. Love you and your family so much.
Just found out Dr Adams passed away when at Dr Sanford's this week. Dr Adams was our first and ONLY dentist here in Las Vegas when his office was next to Sunrise Hospital and we continued with him until he retired. We will always miss him on this earth. God has taken a good person to heaven.
Dad, I continue to be humbled by your great spirit. You were among the best on Earth, and continue to be among the greatest in heaven. I miss you profoundly. Shane
Dr. Adams was my Bishop and my dentist. I remember him always humming while he worked on my teeth although I never recognized the tunes.
He was never too busy to help out when needed. He was a great help to my family, especially my mother. he will be missed.
I remember I was a young girl in Sunday school and bishop Adams was teaching our class and he asked the class when the church was organized and I was the only one n class who got the answer correct that man always had a smile on his face he is going to be missed my condolences go to Joyce and her Family in her time of need RIP Bishop Adams
Today my BEST FRIEND passed away. I am so sad. Since my stroke 8 years ago, he is the only friend who has come and visited me. He and Joyce came every month. I so looked forward to their visits. Not only that, when I was in the hospital in November, Nyle went to the nurses station and told everyone within hearing distance that I was really SOMEBODY important. From then on, I got the absolute best of care. Through the years, he has lifted me spiritually whenever I was low. He was always doing things for me, Cheryl and our family. When our daughter was married and I was worried about financing such a big project, Nyle said,
"Don't worry. If you need more money, I will give it to you." I made it through without Nyle's help, but he never mentioned loaning it, just giving it to me. I know he would lay down his life for his friends. Our house if filled with beautiful treasures that Nyle and Joyce have given us. I will always be Nyle's advocate if ever he needs someone to come to his aid. Joyce, we will be there for you.Love, Val Thornton and Cheryl
Our love and prayers are with you at this tender time.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy to your entire family.
Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
My ex-husband, Dr. William Moulton, started his practice under Nyle. He was a wonderful mentor and a one of the kindess men I've had the pleasure of knowing. My condolences to the family. Warm Regards, Linda D'Agostino (Moulton).
Our lives have been made richer from knowing Nyle and his family. He was such a good example to us all. He always showed us the true love of Christ. May you find comfort in the happy memories of his life with you. He will be missed by us all. May our Heavenly Father bless you with His peace and comfort in the days ahead. All our love to your family.

I am so grateful that I can call myself a friend of Nyle Adams'. I couldn't ask for a better example in my life and I hope his family know just how much he meant to me! I am grateful for all of the times he took me by the hand and helped me learn things that I never would have learned. He is going to be missed so very much by both Sue and I. To Joyce and their wonderful kids, thank you for sharing your awesome family with us!
Anyone who has had the privilege of knowing this wonderful man knows what a true friend is. Nyle. I will miss the awesome way you made me feel loved and appreciated and thank you for making me a better person just by knowing you! My prayers are with your family always!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Greg Bernetic and Family
It has been an honor and a pleasure to be this man's daughter. So many good memories, and a life well-lived. Things won't be the same around here without you, dad.
Couldnt have asked to have a better father. I love you Dad!
Let us rejoice, for this man was pure in heart, even to his last days, so was he hopeful that others may see his light shine forth. His greatest hope was that it might be seen as a beacon, to be a guide to those seeking to better know our Father in heaven. With surety I do say, let it be known that he now sees God. His adherence to the Word, with an eagerness to do good works--may this great man be remembered by all those his faith strengthened with an unwavering conviction. Let us honor him, to follow those footsteps he did also, to follow in the footsteps of Jesus the Messiah, even so much as bearing a cross, that is, to lay lives down daily for our fellow man, in their service, so that they may too be so blessed. Thank you, Robert Adams.
Thank you for sharing those pictures and memories. He truly IS a great man. He gave such hope, love, and friendship to those around him and may he continue to do that with the added strength of the heavenly host to you in your time of need.
Best dad in the world. I love you Dad!
My grandfather was the greatest man I knew. I hope someday I can find someone just as perfect as him. He was my light in the dark and the greatest example. I know that his legacy will never be forgotten by those who he has touched.
Take comfort in knowing that Brother Adams is wrapped in the arms of God's love. May the angels of heaven uphold you at this time.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
