Bob's leaving us adds another bright star in heaven watching over us, as he has always done. RIP Bob. You will be missed.

Bob was one ofthe first inspectors we met when coming to Cleveland in 1963.It was a pleasure knowing and working with him. A perfect gentleman who will be missed by all who knew him. May GOD bless his soul and the entire Cottrell family
To the Cottrell Family:
I had the pleasure of working for and with Bob in Cleveland, OH from July 77 to the summer of 79. I considered Bob a friend and he taught me many things which I used later in my career. Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of Bob. I know he is in good hands.
Gerald "Jake" Burkhalter
So many of the good guys are leaving us
To All of the Cottrell Family, Friends, and Associates:
My deepest sympathies to all of you.
Bob was an man's man, an outstanding Postal Inspector, and a fellow Red Sox fan from New Jersey! That is quite the combination. Bob trained me and made me a better Inspector and even a better person.
Thank you Bob! You will always be in our hearts.
Our deepest sympathy to you for the loss of your dear husband and father, Audrey, Debbie, Barbara, Carolyn and Laura. All our love, Linda (Maki) Dzura and family
I am sad to hear of Bob's death. I enjoyed golf and fellowship with Bob for many years. He was a hard working and much admired member of the law enforcement community. May he rest in peace.
