We met Bob years ago at a 485th reunion. What a honorable man he was and a delight to be around. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and his friends. We have lost a great man. May he be held in our Lords arms and reunited with all his brothers. He will be deeply missed by my dad Robert Hickman and all the 15th 485th
I am privileged to know Bob as a WWII hero and patriot, family man of great faith, friend, scholar, and a life of service. Just one of many honors bestowed was the Civitan Four Chaplains award. He is a role model for all who are blessed to know him. He is with Lynda, and is surely at peace.
Bob was one of my favorite friends we worked together on the Admiral Building Assoc. for 6 years ...
I send my prayers to his wonderful family,
I miss him very much !

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm so glad I got to meet him, a very kind man. My thoughts & and prayers are with you and your family.
Please accept my condolences. May you find peace and comfort during this time of distress.
I was so very sorry to hear about Robert's passing. I was so very blessed to have Robert and Lynda as my godparents. .
My faith provides comfort and assurance that as Lynda welcomed Robert in Heaven, Robert is wrapped in God's loving embrace.
Heaven gained another angel indeed.
I will miss and think of Robert everyday as I think of Lynda, my mom and Robert' s life long friend, my Dick Patton
I fondly recall how hard Robert and my dad laughed when they spoke and how hard Robert would laugh when he told me stories about he and my dad.
Great and precious memoies!
My love and prayers to all the Hanson's
