Benny & Sharon Kennedy & Family
I had the pleasure of working for Mr. Bob when I was in college. What a sweet man he was...my heart is truly saddened by his passing. Mr. Bob could make any work day seem like fun by sharing a funny story, celebrating the day with one of his favorite bbq sandwiches, showing me pictures of his ponies, or talking about the love of his life Mrs. Shirley.
Mrs. Shirley my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time.
Mr. Bob, you will always have a very special place in my heart!
“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. And you know the way where I am going.”
-John 14: 1-4
Bob you will be missed. Your smile and suspenders always brought a smile to our faces. We have been blessed to call you friend. We will miss you. Prayers for Shirley and yourfamily during this difficult time.
Bob was such a wonderful person, a mentor to many of us in Toastmasters. A man whom you could count on and always had a smile on his face. I will miss him very much. My prayers are going up to his family. Just know that he was a treasure to all who met him.
I worked with Bob at Waddell & Reed for about five years. The joke at the office was that he picked me up on Amarillo Boulevard, when in reality he rescued a girl new to town who's car had overheated & had no other way to get to work. He was a surrogate grandpa to my boy. He took him fishing at MediPark & out to ride the ponies. Our prayers are with you, Shirley. Blessings.
Bob was a man who never met a stranger. He was a wonderful friend to all.
He found a way to help everyone who needed help. Finacial advising & CASA. Those kids needed help. He was the man to help them.
What a wonderful legacy Bob leaves for his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They will not forget what a wonderful dad, grandfather, and great grandfather he was but a family orientated with all of his love.
I am proud to say that I am a cousin and I haven't seen him a lot in the last few years but very proud of him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as they put their loved on in God's hands.
Bob was such a wonderful man and witness for the Lord. We shall miss him, his stories about his family and all he experienced that made him proud. Bob was our friend and fellow Christian. God bless and comfort each of you. Our deepest love, thoughts, and prayers are with you.
One of the many rewarding things about being Tory and Kaye Moore's brother-in-law is being privileged to be able to attend those few and all too rare family gatherings, characterized by the heart warming, humorous and gracious moments with Bob. Those moments of visiting with Bob will be fondly remembered.

We had the pleasure of knowing Bob back in the 70s and 80s thru the Sunray Co-op. Bob was a good honest man, always happy and ready to take care of business in a Christian manner. We think God already had a special place picked out for Bob before He called him home. Our hearts go out to his family he spoke well of.

Knowing Bob has truely been a blessing. I met Bob when he became a CASA volunteer. He was an awesome example for the children he served. He worried that he wasn't doing enough. On the day of his wreck he had been in my office and asked me, "If something happens to me who will help my kids". His wreck happened after he left my office. The difference he made in their lives will be with them forever. I love you Bob.
My love to you Shirley and family. God Bless and may the memories you share give you comfort during this difficult time.
Bob was an amazing man!! Spent many wonderful times with this amazing family! Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time!! I know you all have so many special memories.
Blenda & I have spent many an hour with Bob at Toastmaster Conferences, contests and meetings, somehow I think Bob has already pulled the Good Lord aside and shared one of his many stories! We will forever have a smile on our face when we think of Bob. Thanks for the Memories!

A debt of gratitude I owe to Bob, the grandfather of my children and father of their mother. He was more than a father-in-law, he was a friend. Till we see you again you will be greatly missed.

Thank you dad for always being there. For being our rock and provider. For teaching us about life, about family, about love, about faithfulness and loyalty. How to persevere when life gets tough. For being another strong link in our family chain that we could hang on too. For teaching me to shoot and hunt and fish. About finances. But most of all, for being the spiritual head of the household and showing us how to love others as Christ would. We are going to miss you so much but you taught us well so we can go on in this world. Your family is strong and united and you leave a great legacy. You will always be in our hearts and our memories. We have peace and a hope to see you again that is in Christ. See you in heaven dad.
