"You will be missed" You were my mentor at NYU. Missing you.........
To me, Bob's very special gift was to include everyone that surrounded him, in whatever he was dealing with at the moment, big or small, short or tall, he always wanted to listen to everyone. That's a great man in any book - thanks for the memories - I will miss you always...
Dear Dr. Schoor
I talk, learn and spend enormous amount of time with you just like my father. You appointed me as a chief in the program and current professional society after the return to my country. I can't think of myself without you. You'll be never forgotton. Rest well because you spent too much time with us at school from very early morning till late in the evening. I owe you so much, your trust on me is one of those.

A friend had an interview for a post-graduate position in periodontics at NYU and after mentioning that she would be interviewing with Dr. Schoor, I said to her "oh he is such a nice man." I had the privilege of working with him as an undergraduate student at NYUCD. When she mentioned his passing I was shocked. I am so sorry for his loss for current and future students will not have the opportunity I had. He will be missed.
