Dear Patty and Family,
We just learned of Russ' passing and want to express our symphathies to all of you. We've talked w/Russ over the phone since relocating to Texas, but our health made it difficult to get together in person with both of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Russ was such an engergetic person with a great smile. We'll remember him fondly.
Bruce and Irma Armstrong (formerly of Lexington, Ohio) and daughters Melanie, Kim and son-in-law Kirk.
I always enjoyed working with Russ. He was one of the best. I will remember his smile.
Dearest Cindy and Family, My sympathies are with you all. As a frequent visitor to the Glenn household growing up I always felt so loved by Mr. Glenn and the whole family. You are in my prayers. Cindy miss you much and think of you more often than you know.
Dear Patty and family,
I had the pleasure of flying copilot for Russ on a number of trips. He was a super aviator and epitomized what a Captain should be and do. We grieve with you at the loss of this man, but we also celebrate his life of helping others.
One thing I remember about Russ is the visits he made to Ohio on a regular basis, spending time with Aunt Louise (Snook). It meant so much to her. I was impressed that he could jump on a plane just about any time he wished and make the big trip from Texas to Ohio so easily. I'm sure they are having a wonderful reunion in heaven today. May God comfort your family during this difficult time.
We will miss you forever dear husband, father, grandpa and friend.
Patty & Family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. God is watching over all of you.

It is hard to even put into words how much of a loss everyone who has ever known Uncle Russ is going to have..He was just about as perfect as any man could be...I have such fond memories of him as my kids were growing up.... And yes ,,, those wonderful pies he would make when he would come into town.I would start craving them when we heard he was on his way to Ohio. I hope by now he is enjoying his new home and my other hope is that he makes one of his special pies for my mom. He and my mom were both taken from us too soon and from a very horrible disease... Lets all hope and pray that there will soon be a cure for this dreaded dementia that so many wonderful people are suffering and dying from... Love to all of the family. Susan Glenn
So sorry for the loss of a good man. We're sure that he and LaDonna are stepping on the clouds.
As a former USAF pilot, like Russ, I have admired him for being able to have a full flying career. Knowing him, I am sure he was among the elite American Airlines pilots. He was highly regarded by all passengers in the Medical Transportation vehicle that carried them to Parkland Hospital in Dallas for many weeks and months. Russ is now being recognized for his faithful volunteer mowing of church property. I could go on and on about what I know about Russ and the good deeds he has done. Will really miss him. We will miss our dearly loved brother-in-law so much. He was a great friend to us. He was a wonderful husband and father to his family. All I can say is that he is in a much better place. Pat and kids know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the family of Russ, I offer my thoughts and prayers. He is resting in the Lord now and he will be forever missed in our hearts.
Uncle Russ was not just an Uncle but felt like another Grandpa to Griffin and I. I feel very blessed that we got to share so many memories even when living miles apart. From all his visits to Ohio and our fun summer vacations to Texas. And to supporting Ryan's playing career and traveling to see those games. There wasn't a more kind and special man than Uncle Russ. I will always remember his chocolate pies when he would visit and seeing him at the Glenn Reunions. And our Friday nights at the buffet always meant Uncle Russ was in town!!! I got to ride my first big roller coaster at Cedar Point sitting next to Uncle Russ! And he even lost his cell phone on that ride. But he went on smiling! :) Uncle Russ will never be forgotten and the memories I have of him I will always cherish. Visiting Texas will never feel the same but I'm just blessed to have know such a remarkable person.
Russ could always be counted on to provide transportation to anyone who was in need at FUMC Grand Prairie. Whenever he was called, he always said, "Yes, I can help." Russ will be sorely missed. My continued prayers are with Patty and the rest of Russ' family.
Mr. Glenn always had a warm smile for everyone. He will be missed greatly. Monette DeBaun Stransom

Love and prayers for all of you.
As a new-hire flight attendant, a quarter-century ago, Russ was a blessing to me at our work-place, and on the golf course. Also, he introduced me to the only dentist I enjoyed paying, since I believed it was supporting our golf outings. I am thankful to God that I met him. As I said, he was a blessing to me.
Extending deepest sympathy for you in your loss. And hoping, too that comfort and peace may come to you.
Dear Glenn Family,
We will miss the great man who walked 57 holes of golf in one day and raised the standard for serving our church to a new height through his prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness for many years. He was a remarkable father and grandfather and we share your grief as he passes to Glory.
It was with sadness that I read about Russ's death. He was such a kind, Chriistian gentleman who brightened wherever he went. Due to a recent fall and surgery, I will be unable to attend his funeral service. But please know that all of the Glenn family will be in my prayers. May God bring you comfort.
We extend our heart felt sympathy to the family Patty, Cindy, Rusty and Chris.May God's love be with you each and everyone.

In loving memory of our brother-in-law, Russ. Welcome Home!
My sympathy to the Glenn family. Your husband, dad, grandfather will certainly be missed. Find comfort in knowing that he is resting in the arms of his LORD and SAVIOR!
We extend our heartfelt sympathy to Patty, Cindy, Rusty, Chris and families in the loss of their loved one. Russ was a caring and wonderful gentleman and will be remembered by his infectious laugh. He was well loved and respected. I shared Russ' death with a retired American Airlines flight attendant, to which she replied, "He was one of the jewels to fly with, what a class and honorable man." May God wrap His loving arms around the Glenn Family in their bereavement and give them comfort and peace in this difficult time.
