Rest in Peace Stephanie.
Dear Patti, Grandmother Joan and all the family: I need not tell you how my heart goes out to you...the loss and pain you are feeling is beyond comprehension. Dear Becker family,
The news of Stephanie's untimely passing was quite a shock. Stephanie and I worked together, side-by-side, at IBM in the same cubicle at our wonderful client, CenterPoint Energy. She was part of our little gang that was known as the "IBM Pod". She was such a delightful person to know - her sweet smile and easy laughter, her charming looks and upbeat personality, and yes even the gum chewing - these were all things I will remember about her. I am sure that you will also have your own special memories. And so my wish for you is that you have the strength to get through this time of grief and tears and move beyond it - to that time where you only cherish the fond memories of Stephanie, without the pain of loss. If there is something special that you do to honor her memory, I would very much like to know how I can take part. She had a short life - but touched many people in a very positive way.
Please accept my sincerest condolences. I worked closely with Stephanie when I was at IBM-- from when she started straight out of Penn. We collaborated on an article, worked on projects together and spent time on the road at clients. She brought a passion, intelligence and enthusiasm to her work that was infectious. She was a positive force both inside and outside our work, and I will miss her. My hope is that in your tragic loss that you find some solace in the fact that Stephanie positively impacted people wherever she went and many folks from across the country mourn for your loss.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Let me add my sincerest condolences. I wish I could be there to help all of you. With deep sympathy
Rabbi Sheldon Ezring

Dear Patti, Jon, Michael, Julie,
Our family is in utter shock and cannot fathom this precious, lively, talented daughter of Stamford is no more. Stephanie had everything going for her..adoring family, successful career, huge network of friends, and a life where she worked hard, payed hard and gave back to society. While there are no words can adequately comfort you, may you find some peace in knowing that she made a major difference in the world in 28 short years and thousands of people will miss her immensely. Michael's idea of creating a fund in his darling sister's honor and to help other overachievers is brilliant. In due course perhaps a link can be added to this website as well.
Our deepest sympathy, tears and prayers are with each of you,
Dearest Patti and Jonathan
If we searched for a million years we could never find the right words to let you know how much pain we feel for you. Although we moved from Stamford 17 years ago...we often think of you with fond memories. Our hearts are broken as I know the community of Stamford feels the same way. May the memories of your beautiful daughter some day bring you understanding and peace of heart. We pray for you as does the Stamford community that you may find the strength and courage to deal with your sorrow. Ellen and Ira Eisenstein (Chappaqua , NY)

I am devastated and I never met her.
Dear Patti, Johnny, Michael, and Julie, My heart is heavy with sadness for you. I have talked with Bev and Arto, and the grief and shock and trauma of Stephanie's passing sounds so overwhelming. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. A very wise 5 year old once told me that the reason our hearts hurt so much when someone dies is because our hearts are stretching to make room for the memories. May your hearts stretch as you begin to carry your memories and gifts from Stephanie inside you. Another wise person told me to never let the tragic memory or image of a loved one's death prevent you from reminiscing on the many blessings and moments of her life. Sending y'all lots of love and healing energy. Love, Ally (Bev's sister)
So sorry for your loss of such beautiful person, having a daughter the same age, I could not imagine your grief!. My condolences to the family.

May you find peace in all the memories you created with your wonderful daughter.
