Our most heartfelt sympathy is with the Kirkpatrick family at Stephanie's tragic loss. Clearly, she was an amazing daughter, sister, teacher, and friend. God Bless.

Neil, my dear friend. I just heard about this horrible news. There simply are not enough words that can describe the suffering you are going through right now. Such a beautiful life cut down so soon.
Neil we do not know why God allows us to go through such suffering but he promised that we would. Sometimes God calls those he loves the most home sooner. I know that today your angle is with him waiting to see you again in his kingdom. Please accept my deepest sympathies for you, Sylvia, and your family. You will be in my prayer. Koorosh

Neil, I'm so sorry for your whole family for all of whom I'm praying for peace some day soon.
My deep sympathies. Hearing about Stephanie from my daughter (Marzieh) broke my heart. She sounds like a gentle beautiful soul and a wonderfully kind teacher.
May god bless her soul, and may she rest in peace.
Stephanie was such a beautiful and talented young woman. My husband and I had the pleasure of directing The Wiz which she was in, and then she helped out with teaching summer camps and assistant directing a show for Applause Theatre in north Houston. The kids absolutely loved her as did the staff. We had a hard time believing that anyone so talented and ambitious was still so generous of their time. She volunteered and went above and beyond for us always. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dean at our production of "13" that Stephanie helped with and I remember how proud she was to introduce her dad. I wanted to stay and talk to you Dean after the services yesterday but when I saw your face, my heart welded up with so much sadness for your loss that I couldn't even speak. I am so very sorry for this horribly sad end to the beautiful life of your sweet daughter. She truly was loved by so many. I wish that you had access to all of the texts and emails going back and forth between hundreds of Stephanie's friends...talking about all of the memories that we have of the good times she helped create. There is no justice for your loss, but the knowledge that you and Cindy raised such a beautiful young lady who changed everyone's life who knew her in such sweet and positive ways. I feel so lucky to have known her and I wish that I could help fill the void. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers and we feel Stephanie's spirit even now. Rest it peace sweet girl.
Neil and Cindy, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart aches knowing the pain you are enduring. Stephanie grew into a beautiful, talented young lady and was taken from this world way too soon. Please know you are all in my prayers.
Your short life was dedicated to helping others. God has a special place for you.
Neil - We were shocked and saddened to hear about your daughter. Our hearts go out to you and we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. May God wrap his arms around you and hold you tight in your time of need. Ron and Debbie Frerich, St Angela Merici, Sugar Land, TX
I was one of Stephanie's teachers at Notre Dame and directed her senior thesis on Flaubert. I was very fond on Stephanie and was terribly sad to learn of her death. My best wishes to her family.
So sorry for your family's loss.
We were so shocked and saddened to hear about your tragedy. We immediately thought back to Cindy as our flower girl and what a heartbreak this is for your entire family. You are in our thoughts and prayers, as well as Kristi's and Wendy's.
God Bless You.

Hi, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I recently graduated from The Monarch School and I have known her since I was 12 or 13 years old. I truly believe that she is with god now, and she is in a better place. To the family of Ms. Stephanie, I'm so sorry that this happened. I wish you the best of luck.
May God and the Holy Spirit fill the emptiness and pain in you life that you are feeling for loosing such an Angell in this world. Remember that He can not always controll the evil in this world, but he does offer us a better world in the near future. You will be together with your angel, Stephanie, in a world that God promise us. Lean on our God for comfort . He will give u strength and hope to continue this life on earth until we are all called to Heaven. Your daughter, Stephanie is with you, next to you, and she is in a better place. Stephanie was one of the most interesting people I knew . Knowing her makes me feel like she wouldn't want her family to stay sad over her. Honestly I wasn't like her best friend , but that doesn't mean she didn't mean anything to me. At least in heaven she can't be hurt anymore
Stephanie, you are and will be in my heart, always.
Our hearts are so heavy with grief for the Kirkpatrick family at the loss of Stephanie. May the grace of God and prayers of family and friends surround you throughout this difficult time.
Stephanie was a lovely and beautiful girl. She will be missed. My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss.
To the family of Tank,
I met Tank my freshman year at ND. While she was a senior at time, that did not stop her from extending her friendship and lovely sense of humor my way. While I did not know her well, the memories I have of her are filled with kindness, laughter and praise for Texas being the best state. She even gave me a sweatshirt with Texas on it that reads, "The Notre Dame of States." My deepest condolences go out to y'all. Sending love and prayers your way.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God. Matthew 5:8
Dear Kirkpatrick Family,
Stephanie was a joyful blessing to all. I know she was your heartbeat. Your sweet girl was a positive, loving teacher who had a tremendous love and devotion for her students. As her family, you were always there every step of the way for her with words of encouragement and prayer.

My prayers are with you. May God hold you in his arms and comfort all of you in this time of sorrow.
Prayers are with you and all your family at this most difficult time. Briefly, Stephanie and I reconnected in choir at St. Laurence. What a talented and pleasant young woman.
There are no words for the loss of such a beautiful person inside and out. Steph was a huge part of my childhood. I am a better person having had her as a fellow actress, teammate, classmate, and friend. There have been many years in between, but I will think of her every time I see a beanie baby and I will teach my kids how to play poop deck because that's what always made us laugh the hardest! I pray time eases the pain for the entire family and that they truly know we are all blessed for having known her
Cindy - May God be with you and your family and heal your broken heart with his love.
We were shocked and grief struck when we heard the news. Stephanie gave us hope. Our son has grown and blossomed so much under Stephanie's wing at Monarch. She was more than just his teacher. She made school a joyful place for our child. The last three years she has invested in our son is truly priceless to us. Her life will have a long-lasting impact on him, and my entire family is forever grateful and truly blessed.
Deepest sympathy, to you Neil and Cindy. I only had the privilege of acting with Stephanie once, but through that time was able to see the generous and sweet spirit she had about her. May God comfort you all as you go through this most difficult time.
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Your mother is my cousin. Your family will remain in our thoughts and prayers.

The St. Laurence community grieves with you as you experience the tragic loss of this beautiful young woman. Having taught Stephanie in Middle School, I know the kindness and generosity she shared with others. I understand that those some qualities continued to be exhibited by the life she led as a special education teacher and community theatre supporter. God bless you all!
Cindy & Family, I am overwhelmed with sadness. Let us know what we can do. Our prayers are with you all.
Neil and Cindy,

I only got to visit with you a few times during your life but I have known you since before you were born. Your mom is one of my dearest friends.
You have been a shining light in this world and your light will shine on in the hearts and lives of the people you touched. So gifted, so talented, and taken too young. We all will want answers, but the answers don't soften the pain of your sudden transition. My heart aches for the grief felt by your parents, your brother and your friends.
Sending love and prayers,
Cindy, My heart is grieving for you and hope you'll know how much love we all feel for you and your family.
