Mrs. Armstrong was such a great friend to both of my parents. She was always a part of our family. I saw her at church so much playing the organ when I was growing up and also at the famous "pot luck dinners". I had so many interesting conversations with her throughout the years and continued to be amazed by her spirit as she got older. I always looked forward to seeing her whenever I got home to Bassett and I will miss her.My family grew to love and respect her as well.

Whitney,
Your grandmother was a truly amazing friend to my grandmother. I always enjoyed seeing Mrs. Armstrong. She had so many wonderful stories about her family and friends and the famous "Pot Luck" group. Her mind was as sharp as ever, which I find quite intriguing. I will miss your grandmother whenever I get to visit Bassett. Thinking about you and your family through this difficult time.

With love,
Kelsey Lynn

Susan Armstrong was a VERY special lady who brought great joy to many through her music, delightful personality and her gracious ways! My heart, thoughts and prayers are with all who she has left behind. She is with Bob, again, her partner, best friend, the love of her life!!!! I know her passing has left a great vacancy in the lives of her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Armstrong brought great joy to all of us that listened to her play the organ. She was a lovely person and I was blessed to know her and her family. I will keep all of her family in prayer. So glad I was able to see her a few years ago at the last anniversary at Pocahontas.
Sincerely,
