I only knew Susan a short time but I quickly learned how creative and funny she could be. She was also very inclusive and made you feel at home. I will always remember her performing as one of the Supremes with me in a talent show potluck at Emmanuel. Her light was everywhere. She is and will be unforgettable.
We are sorry for the loss of Susan on this earth and she will be deeply missed by her friends and family. But I am amazed and in awe how her and her family allowed God to use this situation to honor and show glory to God. The great thing about being a part of the family of God is that this is not goodbye, just see you later.
I had the pleasure of knowing Susan Romberg during school years and going to FUDD, I remember the time when we all piled into a VW bug, where I was at in the pile up I panicked Susan kind & loveable young lady she is said Dana look up and there was a window so I could breath. Susan thanks for your unconditional loving friendship. God is waiting with open arms for you. We love and miss you. Dana Whittaker
I knew Susan during my childhood at Emmanuel. The Romberg family was a strong presence in our church and our families were friends. Susan was a beautiful, strong Christian young woman. May her family be comforted in Christ during this difficult time. May her life be a testimony to many.
I remember Susan from High School and I am saddened to hear of her passing. What I remember most of all is her kind and loving eyes. I will keep Susan's Family in my prayers and I know they will find comfort in their faith and love of our Heavenly Father.
I had the pleasure of working with this beautiful lady. She was very spunky, loved her job and very knowledgeable. I loved talking to her and watching those blue sparkly eyes.
May god bless you during this difficult time.Thank you for sharing Susan's journey on the blog. Mike is a wonderful writer. She will be missed.
These women of faith seem like they are cut short in their journey but I'm reminded that God has perfect timing and commands the first and last breath. Susan lived her life for Christ and grew in faith as she learned just what that meant these last few years. He knows she has served Him well. She is assured her inheritance into the kingdom and we must find a way to process this all. The task of releasing is exhausting and nothing seems quite normal but God is a good healer and restores. May angels surround Mike and the family during this time and experience the healing of the one and only comforter.
I was so saddened to learn of Susan's passing, but we know that she is now completely wrapped in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. She will be missed but she will not be forgotten, and her legacy will live on. We are all better for having known her.
I remember Susan from High School, always spunky and cheerful. Heaven gained an amazing Angel; may she Rest in Paradise!!
I only knew Susan through this blog. I lived next door to Mike during our high school years. She is a beautiful woman and touched so many lives. We learn so much about spirituality, God, Heaven and family when we are faced with losing someone we love so much. It has been wonderful to see that faith in these love letters. Thank you for sharing and God Bless your family as you journey on through life and prepare to reunite with her in the future.
May God bless you all during this difficult time.
Thank you for sharing Susan's journey. Her story has blessed me and will be with me always. May God's Holy Spirit bring you peace!

Mike. I lost my mother seven (7) months ago and each day gets a little better, but it still hurts greatly. But my dad & I are getting through this one day at a time. Blessings to you, your family & friends.
Dear Mike ,and Beautiful Susan's family ,you are always in our hearts.Love & Prayers from Sandra ,Huljev & Prebanda's Family
I have known Susan since about 1972. She has always been an amazing friend, Mother and wife. If I wrote everything down that I feel about Susan it would take several pages. I will just say that she was a woman wise beyond her years, a mother that all moms could learn from and a true woman of God. I will miss her dearly. I was looking at a yearbook from Paramount High School tonight and I saw a picture of her playing Volley Ball. It reminded me of how far we went back. She never swayed in our friendship or her faith. Like my friend Rev. Steve Vanzant says every time we lose someone, "like the ol' song says, Heavens Sounding Sweeter All The Time". I can't wait for that glad reunion day.
I feel so honored to have met Susan. Mike, God really shined through both of you. You both inspired me so much, I will miss the posts of her updates, but I am glad she is in a place of comfort and peace. Susan was truly blessed to be a part of a loving Godly family. Mike I know you feel beyond blessed having Susan as your wife. Your love for her showed through your daily posts. Blessings and continuous prayers to you and your family....Love, your friend Lorine
I know there are no words to comfort you at this time. Take comfort in knowing Susan's body has been restored and she is walking with the Lord. I will keep you all in my prayers, may the Lord's gentle hands hold you and comfort you.
May you rest in peace Susan. God bless
Always in my thoughts. Blessings to you all.
I am very honored I was able to meet Susan during her time here on this planet. Although she couldn't say much, she was so sweet and very warm to me and gave me hugs, and they were the best hugs. Just from her smile, warmth, genuine look in her eyes and hugs, I could tell she loved me the best out of all of Lexie's friends! Hehehe that might not be true but she made everyone feel liked and loved. Mr. Buccowich, Adam, Austin, and my sweet dear friend Lexie, you're all very lucky to have had a woman like that in your life. You are all very strong and are all so much like her. Such a strong, solid, genuine, and loving family. I'm praying for you through this tough time because losing a loved one is tough, but because she was a true angel god needed her and called her home. May peace be with all of you and your loved ones.
What an amazing women of God Susan was and is and will always be. Her physical and spiritual strength have been evident as long as I had the pleasure to know Susan and your entire family. I can only say that my journey through my health issues have been strengthen by my faith. That strength comes from God but was seen through Susan and the blogs I would read. I will miss her caring, loving, giving, unselfish attitude. We rejoice in her salvation and know she is in heaven with God and will always be looking down upon the family. God bless you and keep you all. Love in Christ, Tony Roper
