Betty. I just learned today of Terry's death. I was heartsick when I heard. The two of you meant so much to me and did so much for me. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Terry was a great guy and I will always remember him.
TC-My high school girlfriend rival, my Chi Sig mentor, my travel companion and roomate for three memorable years/summers, my lifeguard partner on the Jersey Shore (Asbury Park/Belmar,NJ), my surfing buddy on those cold early mornings before going to work, The Kingston Trio sing-alongs, our many nights at the Stone Poney; and then, years later at a golf outing, witnessing what might have been your only hole-in-one: Flash forward to your 70th Birthday party which I was so thrilled to attend, meeting your entire family, hearing of your accolades and many accomplishments (none of which surprised me). Thanks for the memories & friendship of those bygone years. D'Ag (The nickname you gave me yrs ago)Rest Well

I worked with Terry at South Fork High School. He always had a smile on his face and a friendly word for everyone. He was one of the good guys.

I have so many great memories. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Every time the past week as I've been out on the soccer and baseball field with my own son, I've thought back to the days where he was out there with me as a kid.
Betty and Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Terry and I were classmates at LWHS. I have many fond memories of Terry.
Bless you all

I feel so blessed to have been able to meet and know Terry over the last year. I very much enjoyed our football conversations and was inspired by his positive attitude and spirit to fight. I am glad to have called him my friend and have to give him one last Roll Tide!
His warming smile! May you RIP Coach Coxe!

Although I don't think he remembered me, I followed in his footsteps with football at Lake Worth High as a Trojan. He was a fine mentor for many of us.

Sending prayers and with them memories that will comfort you.
Terry was a bright light in my life when I taught at South Fork. Always had a smile on his face, but was tough when it was needed. He will be missed.
Terry started me in my career that I have worked in for 32 years. Regrettably it has been many years since I have spoken to Terry. However, I will always remember his smile and zest for life. What fun we had. Best wishes to Betty and the kids.

Coach Coxe will truly be missed. He was always supportive funny and just a down right great guy! He was our coach at South Fork HS in Stuart, Fl and offered a lot in his position there. Rest assured he's smiling and telling jokes right now! Peace Coach and all the best to his family.
