Condolences to your family. Although I had not met Mrs. Mackey personally, I heard a host of wonderful things about her from sister, Doris Corbin. She certainly loved her Lord and her family. May God grant you peace and comfort.
To Virginia Mackey family, I am so sorry for your loss. I had Mrs Mackey in the 6 year old Sunday School class at Dwight Baptist church. I always thought of her as a saint walking this earth. She lead a large group of 6 year olds to Christ I was one of them. I always wanted to be like her. Even though I am sad for myself and for your family. I rejoyce in the fact that I know you are without doubt ,you are your are in your eternal home with the great I Am walking streets of gold. You were a saint and it showed all the time. I will miss you but take comfort in knowing because of your dedcation to the Lord I will see you again. I quote the song THank you Mrs Macky for giving to the Lord this person is so glad you gave. See you soon. Your family is in my heart and my prayers.
The halls that were once filled with laughter are now dark and quiet in honor of Mrs Virginia. All old Emma Sansom students have a saddess only they can understand. GOD BLESS.
