Hi David my condolences. Warren and I played golf in the 90's
Met Dolly at his house. Met you a couple of times. Just said the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for Warren. I'll keep you in my prayers
Your Father and I started our carriers with Mobil in St. Louis. We were very good friends and worked in the same District Office until he assigned outside the US. We played a lot of golf together often sneaking in to your Grandfathers club before it opened on Saturday mornings. We had great fun working the Grand Openings of Mobil stations on weekends and the beer drinking party that followed. I last saw Warren in Philadelphia when he came for dinner in the early 70's.
Deeply regret I did not know he was in Naples also. We have been spending the winters in Naples for the past 20 years at the Vineyards until 2002,and Eagle Creek since. Warren was a great gentleman, with a lot of integrity and a very dear friend . I left Mobil in 1979 after 23 years to go in business for myself in Goshen, IN. Lost contact with most of my old Mobil friends.
You are blessed to have had Warren for a father and I share your loss.
A wonderful man. I only knew Warren from our time together at the James City Rec Center, however, he was the kind of guy that you could instantly befriend. He always had a smile and a kind word. He will be sorely missed. Ted Cors
