Our love and prayers are with you all. It has been a rough couple of years for all of us. I will miss Uncle Bud very much, but we know he is now with Aunt Kitty, Max and Florence and Brandon.
I miss you Grandpa, I wish we could of had more fishing time, I always love hearing you fishing stories
What a fine legacy this man left. The many gentle tributes in remembrance of Bud, Uncle, Papa, Grandpa or Inspiring Friend reveals a man who imprinted kindness wherever he went. Our deepest sympathies and prayer for comfort to all who loved him.
Bud was a great man, and will be truly missed. He had an interesting outlook on life, loved his family very much and had many friends. Bud was so generous with his time. Making cookies for the bowling gang and quilts for family, his many friends, ESA sisters and Ronald McDonald House.
Bud you will forever be in our hearts.

I will always remember Uncle Bud, from my trips to California visiting my Aunt Jean. It was there that I shared some time with this personable, articulate man. My sympathy to the entire family.

I can't think of a more greater man than Uncle Bud! You brought so much love to all and gave so much of yourself. I will cherish the fond memories of you! My grandma was so very lucky to have such an amazing man as her brother! You will be very missed!

To My Dearest Grandpa, who taught me courage and strength. Who brought a smile to my face and joyful tears to my eyes. You will be hard shoes to fill. But I am glad you get to be with your Kitty once again and aren't in pain no more. I will miss you everyday but I will stop and look up into the sky and smile knowing your looking down at me as My Guardian Angel. Love you Always and Forever Sandy
Thoughts about Pops… Baking Cookies for not only our bowling league but shared with the other league every Monday night. Creating Quilts for anyone who asked as well as the babies at Ronald McDonald House. Always wanting to put a smile on everyone's face. That twinkle in his eye when we bowled well and a kind word when we didn't. Long talks about his time in WWII, the ever present pain of leaving young men behind, of being a cook and hijinks to keep your sanity during time of war. The great love and dedication he had towards his wife Kitty. I don't need my Elmo quilt to remember Pops—for I will never forget him—but am grateful to have it.
I am pretty sure when Uncle Bud woke up in the morning, he thought, "what can I do to help someone today." And, he did ! If there is an Angel on earth, I believe it is Uncle Bud. We will all miss you, Uncle Bud. Mike and Karen Donovan and Family
