I had the pleasure of meeting Bill back in the late 60s when I was a new First Officer on the DC-8. He was a fine gentleman and mentor to many in the airline. My sincere condolences to the family and all his friends, he will be missed.

My sincere condolences to all of Bill's family. I had the privilege of working with Bill more than 40 years ago on the DC8 at Toronto. He was one of the finest to work with and lifted the confidence of many new pilots. My memories of Bill are the best.
