Dear Aunt Shirley, We were very sad to here about Uncle Bill. Fred and I still talk about our visit with you and uncle Bill for our honeymoon 31 years ago. We had many laughs and fun times with the two of you. In particular how Uncle Bill said that Fred called me 'Risey' because of his accent. All our love and prayers for you and the family. Love Rose and Fred Kruze, Townsville, Australia.
Aunt Shirley, Sorry to hear of Bill's passing. You two were just the perfect pair. His gentle demeanour and great sense of humour always made our trips to Kansas City memorable. We look forward to seeing you next year. Rollie & Wendy Winterscheidt. Kansas Avenue, Bridgeman Downs, Australia

Shirley and family, You have our deepest sympathy. Bill was a wonderful person, I was lucky to have him as my Godfather. Our prayers are with you and your family.
I am grateful for the life of Mr. Block. Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.
Dear Shirley and family,
You and Bill are the most wonderful neighbors anyone could ever have and we'll miss Bill dearly. Our love and prayers go out to you and the family during this difficult time.
