My sympathy to the family. Bill taught my sons to play the guitar and I still hear the guitar played by Wayne as I live with the family in Franklin, TN.
Growing up, I spent a good bit of time on his porch as he rocked in his porch swing talking about things when I would visit my grandparents next door. I remember his stories from WWII and his love of fishing. A great man who will be missed.
Mr. Hollander and family is so dear to our family. Bill has been so giving and his loving disposition has made us all aware of the gift of each life. Love and prayers to all of you. With our love, The Ray Family. Gerry and sons John and Phillip.
It was a honor to serve with Bill on the Benevolent association with Bricklayers Local #1.Rest in peace my Union Brother.
There was only one Uncle Bill and I will miss him terribly. Who will I talk to during the Alabama games. He was kind and loving and always interested in the lives of others, especially his family. I will always remember him and love him. My love and prayers to his family--Aunt Avon, Angela and Sonia.

Bill was a special brother and a really good friend. I will miss him each day and I will miss our daily telephone conversations. Words can not describe the loss I feel and I will always love and remember him. Prayers for Avon, Angela and Sonia. I hope to be able to see you this summer.

Bill was someone I looked up to growing up next door. He spent a lot of time with me, taking me fishing and I have fond memories of sitting on his porch and talking to him. I thought a lot of him and am so sorry I didn't gt to see him asI was planning to do my next trip to Birmingham. I loved him and will never forget him. Prayers for his wife and Angela and Sonia. God bless you! He was a Special Guy!
