Bill was a professor of mine at Cal State, Northridge, and later became a friend. He was without a doubt the best, and most accessible, teacher that I had while working on my Masters. Sorry to hear he's off on the Great Adventure before I had a chance to talk with him once more.
Having just found out about Bill's death recently, I'd like to echo the sentiments below. While I did not know him well, I really enjoyed the times we got to talk at bridge tournaments.
Please accept my sincerest sympathies for your loss. I really enjoyed the few conversations that Bill and I shared at bridge tournaments.
I have such good memories of Billy! He was much smarter than I was in High School and I hated that!
Rest in peace. Dianne Smiley Kearns
So very sorry to hear about Bill's passing. Please accept sincere sympathy and condolences from the Braintree High School Class of 1963.
Our sympathy to Ginny and Bill's family. We have happy memories of time spent with Bill in Florida as we sat by the Sand Piper pool.
Thinking of you. So very sorry for your loss. We too will miss Bill.
Most Sincerely, Jim & Denise Tullis Zongas
I can see that he loved life and lived it fully. Elizabeth Pratt
We wish to extend our deepest sympathies at this difficult time.
