Louise and family,

I met Chris when I was assigned to the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF).

Chris told me one day Phil you need to apply for the Functional Managers job in AFPC. I took his advise and was selected for the assignment and went on and made Chief while at AFPC.

What a leader and a great Chief. He was always the Chief to go to to get the true picture.

We car pooled when CCAF was moved to Lackland and we had great talks going to and from work.

Diane was teaching at O. Henry Jr High and told me you have great children.

I really appreciate you keeping me updated on Chris health when we would see each other in the BX.
