Andrew Fertie Armentor Sr.

Tuesday, October 16, 2012
I remember early mornings at Iberia Savings & Loan Association on St Peter St, Andrew and E.J. would be gathering appraisal files always harassing me for better directions/phone numbers etc. He is a good man, father, not sure about fisherman. I learned a lot from him and I know he will be missed.

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Andrew. I remember working with him at Iberia Savings and Loan as it was called back then.. He always made you smile and had a story it might have been a fish story or just a tale to tell but you just had to like him no matter what. He will be greatly missed by all. I can only hope he and my dad are fishing right now!!!

To all the family my deepest condolences. I was honored to know Andrew and call him friend and we certainly had some very interesting conversation in the years we known each other. We shared our love of gardening, food as well as fishing ---although I could never get him to tell me his favorite fishing hole ---he did say that when I retire he would take me fishing. The last time we visited he gave me some fresh file and I will certainly remember Andrew every time I use it and wherever I bate my fish ---of course using a fly tied just right ---that is of course---Andrew style and
Now I know that God has some good fishing spots for him in heaven.
